I order an outfit 4 weeks ago and still hasn't came.
Iv emailed you and messaged on insta and Facebook and still no reply.

I place the order I didn’t get my order , no refund and they don’t reply for me e-mails.

I have still not received my order from 2 weeks ago. I have messaged every social platform and still no reply. You have taken money from my account with no goods. Can someone reply back to me asap as these clothes were for holiday !!!!!!!

This online retailer is not even worthy of a one star. Their policy is 4-10 days delivery. I contacted them to chase up but heard nothing then I opened a case with PayPal and they contacted me to asked for order number and then I received confirmation my order was in the post. Their returns policy is 14 days from date of purchase, how can this be possible if they take 30 days to even process and deliver your order in the first place??? Wassyl is the worse online retailer. Their products are poor quality and the customer service is non existent, they are quick to take your money and do not deliver. Do not waste your money getting conned here!!!!!

I made an order, used their courier service, unfortunately the item wasn't delivered and returned. I am still waiting for a refund for this item.

Absolutely terrible! I've ordered a month ago and still haven't received anything. No reply from "customer" service. No updates. I won't be using Wassyl ever again.

Absolutely appalling customer service completely ignored emails for extremely late delivery I'm talking months. To the point where I had to report them to my bank as a fraudulent company to try get my money back. I had to do this because they where completely ignoring emails for update on the delivery and then cancelling the order after that.The items have now finally arrived if I thought it would be easy to send them back I would and try to get a full refund but given the trouble getting the order and lack of customer service I'm not hopeful. I get the impression they just ignore any email to do with problems they are having and hope that once you do finally get your order after all that trouble you won't want to go through the same process of sending it back to try get your money back. Avoid at all costs

I cant give them a Zero unfortunately. They say they deliver within 4 -10 days which didn't happen. Expensive for what it is really, I can buy the same quality cheaper at Primark. I emailed them and they never responded. Worst online shop ever.

I’d give them 0 if I could! Ordered £70 worth of clothes and sent it all back in February - still waiting on a refund. Emails go unanswered. Clothes were awful quality ! Never ever again.

You need to wait way to long for the package it's been a month till I got mine in the future you could at least make it quicker but coustomers pay more

I ordered two dresses for an event that took a month to arrive. I emailed the customer service team to ask to cancel the order as it had taken so long to be delivered and didn't hear anything back. The order was delivered despite my requests to cancel.
I then returned via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery the day after it was delivered and have received no confirmation or communication from the company. I have sent a number of emails and messages on their social media sites and have been completely ignored. There is no customer service helpline to call either.
Luckily I paid through Klarna and have reported a dispute with them so I am not currently out of pocket but the customer service has been AWFUL from this company! Avoid at all costs! I never usually write bad reviews but this experience has been terrible and want to warn other customers

I can see there have been positive Trust Pilot reviews but can only assume these have been posted by the company!

No refund after shipping my items back. I ordered in March, returned on 27th April. It is now 2nd June and no money. No comms from email. Do not use.

Brilliant quality. True to size, everything I bought fits perfect and so comfy. Could not be happier, will definitely order from here again.
