I waited two weeks for them to cancel an order that was never sent, and in the end they charged me for the delivery when they didn't even send it!

I am still waiting for my refund, returned the item by Royal Mail recorded plus contacted PayPal.

In the second order, wrong colour top was sent. I ordered blue, received black.

Will never use that retailer again.

I am not going to say they don"t have nice clothes because they do but the service is terrible. I have been waiting for my order a month!!!! And during that time they never replied on my emails. Not even once!!! Ignorants!!! They don"t respect customers!
As I said : Never again!

I send return postage one month ago and still I didn't get money back, nobody answered on mail and massager

After a month and my complaining on social media I am blocked. They posted then but didn't put my house name so parcel force cannot/won't deliver. The clothes need to be returned after another 2 weeks and for a refund. Looking at the other reviews I am not holding my breath on a refund. They don't answer any emails and will block you on Facebook if you comment.

I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it! I have tried contacting customer service via email and Instagram but no response! Awful customer service. I wish I read all the reviews before ordering with company. I would avoid this company, don’t waste you time and money

Worst company ever. I returned some of the items that were not good on size. The return was sent with a tracking number which confirmed that was received. I never received my refund, emailed them many times with no reply.

Bought an item from this company, returned as it was too small, sent via second class signed for so it’s tracked. Haven’t received my refund for the item, have sent two emails and still nothing. Will email AGAIN after this review. Don’t waste your time with them

I have order from Wassyl 14th May, still don't have nothing, customer service doesn't exist there, I was trying contact few Times, also on social media but No answer. Such a shame, I was a customer for so many years and always very happy. Please, do not order, don't waste your time, energy and money.

If I could give no stars I would. Poor excuse of a company to be honest. Made my order 5th June. Still haven't recieved it. Paid with clearpay so I disputed it on that and a couple days later wassyl gave me a tracking number which hasn't updated or worked the past 4 days. They state delivery within 10 working days. Its been 14 working days and nothing! I've emailed numerous times and haven't had any contact from them apart from the one time they replied back to my dispute. Typical! I'm taking it further because at this point I just want a refund. I only ordered a pair of shorts and it's taken this long to get a tracking number and even that doesn't work! Will not be shopping here again and il be advising everyone I know not to as well.

I sent an item back as it looked cheap. 3 weeks later I still didn’t receive refund, contacted them 3 times and no one got back to me. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Haven’t received item. Ordered over a month ago. No reply from customer service email they provide. Escalated through PayPal to be provided with a tracking number for Royal Mail which when you use to track Royal Mail don’t recognise the number provided.

Returned back in April still not received refund!

Awful. Terrible customer service. Sent the parcel 12 weeks later and sent it to the wrong address. Tried to contact them several times and no response. Please please please AVOID
