I still haven't received my order which I placed on June 9th. I wrote you an e-mail to which I did not even get a reply

Shocking site stay clear they have done me out of £80 no contact at all from them regarding my returns even after I paid for recorded delivery

Wish I could write 0 stars! Absolute scammers. Sent goods back and never received a refund! Don’t answer emails and can’t comment on socials. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered couple of dresses. Arrived in 3 weeks ( stated 4-10 working days). Size wasn’t good so sent them back with tracked proof of postage. It’s been received and been signed. Since then contacted them in 3 different email addresses, on Facebook and Instagram… no answer whatsoever for weeks now. I don’t think I’ll ever receive my refund. Please don’t order from this site, they are scam!

My order Came on time, but unfortunately I didn’t like it quality wasn’t great for the price. So sent it back over month ago recorded delivery
Been received but no refund sent three emails to wassly.
Still waiting for response
Won’t be ordering from them again

Absolutely awful - clothes took months to come, months for the return to be processed, and then when it was - they claimed that I had only sent one of the two items back (I hadn’t) and are now flat out refusing to pay me back over £20. Don’t shop here!

I do not recommend ! I ordered the dress and shorts a month ago and have not received them. Despite many emails sent to them at first they wrote back lying that they have a problem with sewing and then with shipping . As of today they are ignoring my messages and I have neither the dress/shorts nor the money! Never again!

UPDATE, I FINALLY GOT MY ORDER YESTERDAY NEARLY 2 MONTHS AFTER ORDERING..............WHAT A PILE OF UTTER RUBBISH, VERY VERY POOR QUALITY, NOTHING AT ALL LIKE TH PHOTOS, I WAS EXPECTING THIS....ABSOLUTE RIP OFF ..I AM NOT EVEN BOTHERING RETURNING THEM AND GIVING THEM MY ENERGY IN CHASING A REFUND FOR THE NEXT 3 MONTH, I PICKED MY DOG POO UP WITH THE ITEMS AND BANGGED THEM IN THE BIN,..LESSON LEARNED, £100 LOST..BUT AT LEAST I NEVER EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SHAMBLES, THEFT, DISGUSTING COMPANY AGAIN..................DONT NOT BUY

Has taken over 60 days to get money back , theiving company don’t touch !

There is no communication between customer and company .
I didn’t receive any emails about my parcel .
They don’t answer messages.
Never order from them again !

Arrived very late weeks after my holiday that I ordered for them for and your only allowed 14 days refund , and the quality of the clothes are awful and asking way over above price never again

I ordered a dress from Wassyl. It arrived late. I returned it by recorded delivery and they never refunded me, despite my many emails requesting my money back. They blocked me on Facebook when I commented on their post and sent them a messenger message. I am now taking this a lot further. They are professional con artist scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You won’t ever receive your refund. Read the reviews.

Avoid, the quality is poor, I waited two months ! the seller is not responding, pay via paypal to be sure to return the money back!

Appalling service and company. Sizes are incorrect and they take over 3 weeks for local deliveries; and to add insult to injury you have to pay for your own returns 😡 Save you money and time. AVOID like the plague.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Like the rest I read reviews but thought I’ll try it. Never again. Ordered well in time for holiday, didn’t receive until after 3 week so came when I was abroad. Tried getting in touch (only option is by sending an email/message and they’ll “get back to you”) never did! - so emailed asking about a return - below and behold.. no response, AGAIN. Don’t do free returns, you have to arrange and pay for this yourself. Avoid like the plague, seriously!

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Do not order from here!!! I did a big order for holiday clothes and had to send alot of it back as it didn't fit right. One item did not come and it was circled that it was refunded which it was not. It has been over a month now and no one has responded to me emails or sent me my refund back. Disgusting if you ask me!! They costed me alot of money which I won't get back now so I am not happy and will never order from them again.

The worst of the worst. Do not respond to the emails and no refund. Second time I buy and material and everything is A crap.
