Terrible company!
They do not refund. I have proof they received my parcel but Wassyl ignore customer returns and do not reply to ANY correspondence.
PayPal have refunded me and will be taking up my complaint with this company.

I HAVE JUST BEEN BLOCKED on their social media as another customer responded to my comments as they had experienced the same; NO REFUND and IGNORED.
So Wassyl just ignore as they are obviously vetting their social media platforms.
Disgusting.
I am contacting Trading Standards under the consumer rights act as Wassyl are breaking the law…repeatedly.
Glad I paid by PayPal and got my money back via them otherwise I’d have a fight on my hands.

Dress was great material. Unfortunately it didn't fit. Had to return. Sent various correspondence re returns label and had no response. Sent via royal mail paid myself. Still no response re refund. Luckily I have a proof of returns. Wassyl have not yet refunded luckily I paid on a credit card so hopefully will be refunded no problem.

I ordered on 4th of April, just received email today that been shipped haha after just only 3 weeks so reading other customers reviews I should feel lucky anyway. I try to contact with customer service many times regarding order but they never respond at all!! I propably will return that order. I am only regret that I didn’t looks on reviews before I made an order.

The materia is not good , is to small comparing to the size, they say delivery it is gone take from 4 to 10 day , they bring it to me one month late.

Placed an order in December which was the wrong item delivered. Still waiting for a refund. Will never shop with you again

Never received my refund and they have not got back to me

Bought leggings from them which were poor quality.

Their return policy states return should be done within 14 days from the day we buy the item.

I received parcel on 16th day, which is more than their return policy 😂

I still sent leggings back straight away. Tracking number states it is with them ages ago. I emailed them numerous times, send messages on insta, facebook...THEY DON'T CARE!!!! Never replied 😂😂 then I checked reviews and was shocked how many customers never received a refund😆

I will not leave it like that and they will refund me sooner or later 🙃

But...AVOID TTHIS SHOP😆😆😆

I have sent over £200 of stuff back to them and got no refund! This has been 4 months now!!

Quick delivery and a gorgeous top. Very pleased with the overall experience of ordering from Wassyl.

Excellent quality and fit. Ordered a size S I am a Uk size 10 and it fit like a glove. Dress is comfortable and excellent value for money.
Delivery as promised.

It has been 6 weeks since I returned my parcel with recorded delivery, and photo evidence it arrived at the address wassyl provided. I haven't had my refund. I set up a klarna dispute where they have told them I have not sent my parcel back or tried to contact them. I have email evidence Ive emailed them 6 times and I've had no response. So Very doubt I will get a refund.

I have made a big purchase from them, but that what i received 5 weeks later it was absolutely awful clothes, sizing off, cheap material and smelly clothes, I tried to contact them but never received a reply, i returned all items with next day delivery I can see it’s been received and signed, as i took all item’s through clearpay,but still even they can’t do anything so i receive my refund,i contacted clearpay and opened dispute, on which wassyl replied that THEY NEVER RECEIVED THIS RETURN, but they did received it, also same experience had my friend, people avoid this website you will never get refund back from them, i will definitely report this to police just to make sure nobody gets in same situation anymore, they are money stealers‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Ignorant and still have my money!
Returned my dress on the 6th March 2023, recorded delivery.
Have proof from post office that it was signed for.
It's now the 8th April. I have sent multiple emails, Instagram messages and on messenger! No response and no refund.

Sent items back and paid first class post haven’t had a refund or a reply from various emails

I ordered two of the same dress in different sizes. Kept the one that fitted better and wanted to return the other. Form stated to use the returns slip enclosed. There wasn't one. Despite contacting customer services numerous times, I never received a reply. I returned the dress following the information on the website. Still waiting on my refund well over a month later. My next step is toncontact the company in writing and after that it will be trading standards. Ashame as I liked the dress and would've been a return customer, but this experience has put me off. They can't cope with the demand. Very disappointing.

I bought couple of items from Wassyl for my wife, she love it. Delivery could be quicker but in general nothing to complain. Will order in future again as they has nice women clothes.
