I just wanted to give Liam Goodman an excellent review as he's been so very helpful & understanding. I didn't go ahead with having Voenus installed but Liam was friendly, helpful and certainly worthy of 5 stars! He's a credit to the company 👏 and I can't thank him enough for his help 😊😊

Excellent service. Efficient and helpfull

Hoping what Andrew changed on the router has worked

We have been with Voneus for a little over 2 years now. FAULTLESS service. We moved house last week and we chose to stay with Voneus. Install team were very efficient, super friendly and nice tidy job.

Following installation of Voneus broadband it failed after 24 hours. It took 7 days for an engineer to call. He fixed the problem and told me it was because cables had not been connected properly. The service resumed but continues to be poor to non-existent in rooms that do not adjoin that where the modem is situate. That is despite having 2 boosters. Admittedly we live in a house with some thickish walls, but Voneus performance far worse than previous provider.

Very good install experience with Gareth and Reece who were on time and communicated well. All working as it should.

Still waiting to see if tv has stopped dropping out but so far so good. Nokwanda was very helpful and tolerant of a technophobe, and she did a great job in helping me to reconnect my printer to WiFi for which I am very grateful.

Both Gareth and Reece were excellent and very helpful making the set up easy for us oldies that don't have a clue, work was carried out quickly and everything working fine, thank you

Nokwanda was very helpful and resolved my problem.

I recently had problems with internet speed and rang Voneus. I spoke to Luyanda and she was very helpful in correcting the problem. As I am in my eighties and not very good on computers, Luyanda was patient, clear in her instructions and considerate of my inability. I wish all problems could be solved in such helpful way.

Nokwanda was great helping me out from a router issue all my fault. Sadly I am an old git and would be better building a computer than operating one but she got me through it despite having very poor reception on my phone. Excellent start to my day thanks Nokwanda, hope yours goes well.

First class service from a very helpful representative. Spent considerable time helping us to resolve a problem setting up a booster for the router until he and we were all satisfied the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service, Thank you, Welcome.

The company answers E mails quickly and effectively. Welcome rang my house phone that had been having teething troubles due to the handover from EE. He explained perfectly well that the problem had now been resolved. It was imperative we had a landline for personal reasons and everything is now resolved and look forward to the benefits that Voneous offer with a very competitive price.

Nonhle was well on top of her brief and my problem was resolved without any issues. First class Customer Service and a genuinely relatable person to have helping me. 10/10
