After being with BT for 25 years and having no issues at all Veonus started to canvas my area had one of there sales men know on my door and after saying no to him for the next six months he would knock my door. Eventually I gave in and asked as I am disabled AND LIVE IN A SMART HOME would everything connect ok and he said " ITS FIBER YOU CAN CONNECT AS MANY DEVICES AS YOU WANT" So I joined. After the first week devices started losing connection so I called them they messed about there end and Eventually sent engineers to me who couldn't connect to there own router so said I need a new one after the new one was installed all good for about two weeks then lots of connection problems and so it continues. I then get told months later that there router only supports 32 devices and I am running 35 thats what the problem is. 8 months of problems later they send an email saying if I want my system to work properly I need to buy my own router so after all my problems I get treated like this after being lied to. I have to fork out money to buy by own router to run there Internet properly. I said to them many Many new homes are coming on line like mine ( Smart homes) are they going to are they going to tell new customers this or lie to them.

Excellent service. It took about 2 minutes to get through to tech support and the problem was corrected within 30 minutes.

Matty & Owen work exceptionally well as a team friendly polite and communicative from the moment they arrived. Explained what was to be done and just got on with it at the around 30 minutes for the inside work matty Explained the workings and what speeds were showing.

We paid £17.50 per month for broadband in a caravan which was used for weekends so approximately 8 days per month max. Came to renewal and we were told it would be £31.99 or we could fix for £29.99, what an absolute joke! We don’t even pay this for ultra fast fibre in our house. Almost doubling the price for a really rubbish service that goes down regularly, buffers constantly and customer service is a joke. Good luck trying to speak to someone if you have issues at the weekend when funnily enough when most holiday park users need the support. Over 80% increase. Unbelievable!

Very helpful and efficient customer service representative called Nonhle. She quickly processed my contract renewal and was a pleasure to deal with.

Nonhle was very friendly and helpful. She quickly helped me sort of the issues I was having with my broadband speeds and made everything clear and simple.

Had a problem with broadband password spoke to Midlands who was very helpful and didn't mind that it was my silly mistake

Yolanda at Voneus was exemplary in her handling of my lack of broadband connection problems.
From the beginning she was courteous, knowledgeable, clear in communication and helpful.

She called me back and emailed me with updates as promised and continued to support me throughout the day.

It took 2 emails to get e response but Pearl was very helpful explaining how to rectify problems with our internet and very patient trying to do the same for the phone. We have to buy a new connector for the phone; bit of a drawback that the correct one was not supplied.

Really good to be customer of a local company that can sort issues rapidly and successfully. I knew my outage was local and the usual reboot options didn't fix it. It was after 6pm when I called Voneus and, to be honest, I expected to hear a "our opening hours are ..." announcement. Pleasantly suprised when Nokwanda picked up within 60 seconds. She diagnosed the problem and sorted it with the minimum of fuss, the whole process taking less than 5 mins. If only the NHS were like this!

Rip off merchants 50% increase on bill for a service that's so poor.. Contacted them to cancel and still waiting for a call back.. We live on a site with several hundred using Voneus and all getting similar price hikes of 50%.. All looking at alternatives now..

Tyler and Jack did a fantastic job installing our new fiber line. Polite and friendly. Did a professional job, tidied up the mess after and spent time to explain the setup and what to do next. Very impressed great service.

Your fitting team were polite and efficient and got on with the job, leaving everything working properly.
Your engineer put the password into my laptop and all was good.
Later I could not connect our phones to the Wi fi so phoned Paul. He came very quickly and found we were using the wrong password and got us up and running. Nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to saying goodbye to Starlink and staying with you.

I would have preferred to be able to accomplish a new installation date on this call, rather than have my details passed on and then have to wait for another call.

We have just had a visit from Simon and Ethan representing Voneus. The two engineers set about restoring our service without even a sniff of coffee. The line had been damaged underground so needed to be replaced. The guys were very polite throughout the job constantly updating us on what they were doing and on completion tidied and checked everything was good with us and the service. Thank you guys for the good experience.

Liam Goodman was courteous, knowledgable and gave me great confidence in the quality of the Voneus product. His quality of attention when he listened was of an equally high standard to his ability to communicate. He was very thorough in his answers to my questions and had a really good hold on the details of his product. Impressive.
