I am so pleased with my broadband and the guy’s that installed it were amazing I’m definitely referring you to all my friends and family.

Nokwanda was very helpful and clear with her advice, which helped resolve my issues without any fuss.

The installation engineers Dan and Zack were pleasant, helpful and very professional. Installation was completed quickly and everything checked before they left. Many thanks.

Andiswa was fantastic see help with our internet having slow speeds. See sorted the router...she was very pleasant and quite lovely on the phone...well done I'm a very happy customer. I understand things go wrong...this was a fast technical fault that was solved very quickly. Keep up the good work guys

Installation date agreed but no one arrived at agreed date to survey the site as requested when the team arrived to Install after about an hour they found they did not have the right equipment, after several calls 2 men and 1 van arrived and Installed the cable by slicing garden with a spade and putting cable in ground they said it was deep enough, what was equipment was missing from the first team 3 vans and about 6 men? or
was this quick fix! too early to say how broadband will work for me

Today we had our Voneus broadband fibre installation completed by Simon and Ethan.
Throughout the work they were both polite and well mannered, completing the task in a professional manner and leaving not a scrap of mess afterwards.

I pushed the reset button on my router as I was having issues with slow broadband speed and speed dropped to 5mb/s
Phoned helpdesk (call answered quickly by Ziyanda) who advised me that pushing reset button disconnects router from Voneus network. Ziyanda restored broadband connection. Very efficient service.

I spoke with Pearl Tom who was a delight to work with. Pearl quickly ascertained what my issue was and offered clear instruction to get the issue resolved. Having done so, she checked whether there was anything further that she could do to assist. I'm very happy with the service I received,

I had a problem with my phone & spoke with Pearl who was very helpful & suggested to me to switch off the box that did not cure the problem she then did something else & got my phone working again ,she certainly helped & was very pleasant & a pleasure to speak to as I understood what she was saying.

Pearl was very friendly, helpful and efficient and fixed the issue in minutes.

All in all a very neat installation job. Our installing engineers turned up at the time promised and the whole thing was done in the time they expected. So far the performance of the service is great, after our previous copper wire internet. A few challenges getting to grips with the quirky interface for router management but otherwise all running happily.
