Matty and Owen superb installation team, they couldn't do enough, even left it clean 👍, very recommended, installed in couple hours and broadband speed amazing, from initial call to installation was great, thanks guys
Very unprofessional installer and dishonest
Very disappointed from the installation and customer service.
The installer used my equipment plug on the new router without even asking me or let me know. He didn't bring the 12v plug for the wall router and used mine. The speed was not even close to the guaranteed speed. But he was so rushed to get my signature and go. As soon as I realised my other device doesn't work and saw he used mine. I called the customer service, let them know what happened. First they said we'll ask him to come back. Didn't happen. I called day after . And another couple of times. It's a week later and still no news. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Each time every single one of them gave me different answer. Bare in mind the contract is started a week ago and I didn't use their service yet. I'm thinking of cancelling it. Imagine at the beginning see lots of disappointments then mid contract if you face some issues or their equipment fails then you're screwed.

Kanya listened to our issues and tried a number of things to improve our service. He was very polite and very helpful. He has made some changes to our system and we hope this will now resolve the issue. Only time will tell but he could not have been more helpful.

Vulnerable and elderly customer left without a phone
After my father in law passed away, Voneus advised that a workman would have to attend the property to change the account over to my mother in law. We were assured over the phone that this would not affect her landline as she does not use a mobile.
An engineer attended and left her without a working landline on Friday 1st of May. Despite numerous phone calls and emails from my husband to try and get this reinstated this has not yet happened. She is a recently widowed 86 year old who relies on her phone on a daily basis.
You have a whole page on your website dedicated to providing good customer care for vulnerable customers, I’m yet to see evidence of this.

I rung to say my WiFi had gone down and spoke to Welcome. He listened to me and sorted the problem in no time at all.

The guys were ok , had to clean up after them as they had to drill through the wall, but didn’t clean up apart from that it was okay

Luyanda is a very patient and knowledgeable operator, I had a problem with my internet signal dropping out, she reset all the connections one by one and established a full signal, this took about an hour after checking every stage. Luyanda has a very pleasant telephone manor with customer service built into her bones!
