Great customer service from Mercy who handled my query efficiently and sorted out the connection issue I was experiencing.

After experiencing some issues with my internet speed I contacted customer support and was helped by Andrew who was able to restore the router settings and fix the problem. Decent result 👍

On Wednesday April 8th Alfie from Voneus introduced himself. My existing broadband contract was just about to expire so I got an immediate quote. On Thursday a surveyor called to discuss the installation of a new fibre line and on Friday Simon and Dan installed a new line to my house with minimum disruption and you can’t tell they have been. By lunchtime on Friday I was up and running with broadband ai 250 Mb (from 14!). Re-porting the phone line took a little longer but by 27th April my phone line was transferred and I have retained my original landline number. Almost unbelievable service!

Two engineers came to my rural property and swiftly resolved my hardware issue at no cost the day after I logged the issue.
Was considering a switch until this service, which reaffirmed my decision to stick with the company.

I dealt with a lady called Mercy over the phone. She understood the issue (download speed dropped to below 10 Mbps! Yes really!) but more importantly she understood the impact of this to me and was determined to find a solution soonest. With such a slow speed it was as if I'd time travelled back to the 1990s but the problem was soon solved and I was quickly reunited with my 2026 download speed. Good customer service, very happy. Glad I joined Voneus 3 years ago.

Good service but had different people ring

The two installation engineers Matty and Owen were very helpful and friendly and explained what they were doing during the installation. Something that was pleasing was that they took their shoes off every time they came into the house. Small point, but appreciated none the less.

The assistant, Luyanda, was so clear and patient. We had issues with our phone connection which made solving the problem more complicated but at all times she remained calm, clear and professional. It was very reassuring for my Mum and I felt happier that I know she's in good hands. Thank you Voneus.
