I would rate zero but unfortunately the minimum you can rate is one star..
16th December- engineer arrived to fit broadband but outside work hadn’t been done prior. I had previously rang the week before to make sure it would be all ok still has had a 4 hour round trip as it’s a holiday let. ‘Yes no problems and will be ok still for 16th’.. in the end the engineer did a ‘dry installation’ after getting the approval from the manager. Great.. (or so I thought!)
Outside work completed mid January, internet worked.. for 30 minutes.
From end of January to end of February we have had 3 engineers out and nothing has fixed it. The internet works but then looses connection every 30 minutes.
Did notice of cancellation in March, over the phone they needed to check I didn’t need to pay as I was coming out of the contract early.. The contract they was in breach of not providing.
Long story short, and several phone calls later they agreed to cancel free of charge and refund 2 months payment.. They also agreed that an engineer would come and remove equipment and also place cables back correctly which they had messed up outside.. (I would upload pictures of this but unable to do so on here, open wires, cable on the floor.. a mess!)
Fast forward to May and I have finally been given a date the engineers will come but they are not correcting the cable outside as it’s BT cables and I need to contact them myself to get this sorted. I’ve asked for a manager to call me but in there words - ‘They are unable to get a manager to call me to discuss this matter.’
I have had to phone them 5 times just in a week this past week to try and get anywhere.. If you are wanting a reliable company and good service I’d look elsewhere as the service I’ve received is unacceptable and people just trying to pass the book.
Quickline - when you read this please just ask a manager to call me and I will email all pictures of the appalling work and screenshots of messages from your engineers agreeing the wiring needed to be tidied up!

After a very dodgy start since the initial installation 8 weeks ago the engineer’s visit today sorted all the connection problems out

keep billing me for no service
Quickline keep billing me for a service I don't have. I started with Broadband but when I added a phone line it never worked. I cancelled the phone line but every month they debit the £9 for the phone, I complain, they apologise and refund the money. And next month it happens again.

I cannot fault the service received today from Mark Wood, he called when he was an hour away, he was very professional throughout and could not have done more to ensure our WiFi was up and running to save me having to have a follow up visit, with not living at the property it was a godsend 😀

I am disappointed with the speed in my bedroom.
I was led to understand that there would be high speed everywhere.
200 is not reached anywhere and only around 40 in my bedroom.
I hope speeds can be tweaked to give me what was promised.
Poor Customer Service
Had a phone line added to our already installed broadband, which took weeks to be connected. This was due to poor Customer Service and Technical Support.

Well after a couple of calls to get fibre installed all in and so far getting the 200 mbs as advertised. Had a msg this morning giving me a time slot and a young lady called Katrina arrived on time and got straight on with install gave me all the information I needed no mess and even changed the password on new router to my old password so I didn't have to mess changing all my devices over will definitely recommend quick line
