Dan who installed my broadband could not have been more helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. A+ service.

I cannot fault the service received today from Mark Wood, he called when he was an hour away, he was very professional throughout and could not have done more to ensure our WiFi was up and running to save me having to have a follow up visit, with not living at the property it was a godsend 😀

Carl, Leon and Aidan got on with job without any issues after several other teams had failed. Pleasant polite hard workers. Completed the dig back filled tidied up. Couldn’t tell they had been. Great Job

I am disappointed with the speed in my bedroom.
I was led to understand that there would be high speed everywhere.
200 is not reached anywhere and only around 40 in my bedroom.
I hope speeds can be tweaked to give me what was promised.

Had a phone line added to our already installed broadband, which took weeks to be connected. This was due to poor Customer Service and Technical Support.

Thank you for your response, but we would rather not speak to Customer Service again, particularly as we feel that we have already spent enough time talking to them trying to get the phone switched on and it has now eventually been switched on.

Well after a couple of calls to get fibre installed all in and so far getting the 200 mbs as advertised. Had a msg this morning giving me a time slot and a young lady called Katrina arrived on time and got straight on with install gave me all the information I needed no mess and even changed the password on new router to my old password so I didn't have to mess changing all my devices over will definitely recommend quick line

Service was excellent. Brandon Potter was a courteous and efficient young man who sorted out around 200 mbps all over the house. What more can I say. He came, he sorted it and it works! Good man, good product.

Installed today by Bailey. A really helpful and friendly guy. Installation was very neat and no mess. Speed is great. All the people at Quickline I have dealt with so far have been friendly, helpful but also, importantly, efficient at what they do.

Very positive experience with Quickline from start to installation. Louise B. our installer, was very polite and professional and did an excellent job (ours wasn’t a standard installation because I’m a p.i.t.a customer:) ). Advice given post installation was also very clear and concise.

Excellent service overall. Dave B, the engineer, installed and commissioned the broadband and clearly explained it's operation.
Only downside is that older devices (tablets, phones etc) which are not 5g compliant, do not benefit from the increased speed.

Harrison rang to let me know what time he would be arriving. When he arrived, he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was polite and professional at all times. On leaving, he left the property clean and tidy.

Excellent service from start to finish. Paul Sanderson in sales was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process straightforward. The installers, Josh H and Spencer B, were considerate, professional, and worked efficiently whilst taking care of the property. Everything was completed to a high standard and the experience was smooth throughout. A job very well done. Highly recommended.

The technician Dave B. contacted us before arrival as requested allowing us to prepare. On arrival he spent time with us reviewing the best place to site the router before commencing work. When complete he reviewed all rooms to make sure the signal is as expected. All work was done with the minimum of mess. We were happy with the installation.

Exceeded my expectations so far. Sign up was very quick and straightforward and Quickline even took care of cancelling my contract with my old provider. Guys turned up to fit fibre to the property without an appointment, but it was done quickly. On the allotted day Adam came and did my install and he was very polite, wore shoe covers and performed a spotlessly clean installation. He answered any questions I had and left me with a connection running slightly above the anticipated speed. Overall, I’m really happy and would definitely recommend Quickline.
