Installation was quick and professional. The 2 lads that did the installation were polite and professional. All working great so far.

Toying to come aboard Voneus, I was impressed with no incontract fee rises, clear and helpful options that suited my household and non pressurised conversation with representative. Answered my questions of any doubts and felt positive with all explained how it works, plus no set up fee or any hidden costs. I'm glad to be changing to Venous for a better broadband package and lower cost comparison. Good to know have direct number to local representative if any problems. Overall great satisfaction!

Kyle and Tom arrived on time and were finished within an hour. Polite and friendly and cleaned up before they went!

The whole process was quick and efficient right from my first call late on Tuesday afternoon. I had accidentally (and stupidly!) cut the fibre cable coming through the wall of my house, resulting in the loss of internet, telephone and TV.
I phoned your customer service number and spoke to Nonhle, who was very friendly and professional, taking the details and requesting photos of the damage. On receiving those, she called back within minutes to confirm that I would receive a call from the scheduling team the following day to book in a service team.
I had no idea how long I would have to wait for an actual visit, but on speakiung to the scheduling team, I was amazed to hear that I could be booked in for a visit the following morning - probably right at the beginning of the 0800-1300 window.
sure enough, the engineers turned up the next morning just before 8 o'clock, got straight on with the repair, and were gone within half an hour, with all of my services back up and running.
A couple of hours after they'd finished, I received a follow-up call from Nonhle again to check that everything was OK. I confirmed that it was and enquired about the charge for their visit, as nothing about it has been mentioned previously. Nonhle put me on hold while she checked with someone else. Imagine my surprise when she came back and told me there would be no charge for the visit! Despite it being my own fault!
These days, such good customer service is so hard to experience. Every single person I have dealt with since signing up a year ago, has been brilliant, especially Nonhle, who is a credit to your company.
I would wholeheatedly recommend Voneus to anybody that will listen!

Found the fault in my internet connection and found that someone had disconnected the fibre optic cable .Quick and fast fix.

Your Sales Representative Jack Knight was very helpful and informative, his visit was at the right time as my current contract with UW expires on 20/04/26.
The only slight issue was that a survey of the house prior to installation didn't happen, perhaps due to the Easter Holiday break, however the installation was carried out over two days by different Engineers who were both helpful and efficient. I am happy with the whole experience.

The customer service staff have been excellent. It has taken a while to resolve the issue due to my not being the account holder. The account holder has tried to put my name on the account so that I could sort it out but as far as I know this hasn’t been done. However all is sorted now and I am very happy with the outcome.

Great help from Andrew today. I was struggling to connect a pair of internet boosters. Polite and friendly advice which resolved the problem quickly. Many thanks Andrew.

My renewed contract didn't commence on time, despite having all the paperwork sorted and email confirmations etc.
After 2 months of waiting and paying the much higher subscription I contacted them. It was sorted quickly and I was credited the over charge.

Today Voneus installed my new internet. The process from start to finish has been pretty straight forward.

Particularly today the two technicians Ryan and Darren turned up and got it installed very quickly with no hassle.
