Love my new champagne bucket! Looks wonderful in my NYC apt. Quality is great…solid and substantial. Design is perfectly vintage. Using it as a plant holder next to my TV . Team was extremely responsive and helpful.

Vintage Electrical get a number of 10 out of 10s. Firstly, the lamps are terrific and not only as good as expected, but as good as anyone could hope for.
Secondly, they arrived very quickly and very well packed and finally, good and friendly communication.
So, that's 30 out of 30 then!

Excellent fitting, well made and feels very robust. The price was reasonable for the quality of the fitting.

I ordered a light for our son's room. The light is fine but doesn't suit the room so I immediately contacted them to ask how to refund (no details were included in the parcel). I have sent three emails, all of which have been ignored. There is ZERO customer service. I have since found a note on the website that if items are not returned within 28 days, there will not be a refund. The only contact detail shared is the email address I have been using. I am now stuck as they did not include a dispatch note with the relevant details for me to return it. It feels dodgy and I am investigating what I can do to report them and get my money back.

EDIT- 20th January. They are still ignoring all my emails. Please note they are paying someone to reply on trust pilot but not to answer customer service emails! I returned the parcel at my own cost using a printed returns form from the website and my order number (over £14 for recorded next day delivery). Currently I am out by over £130 in total. They have not acknowledged the return 10 days after it was received and have not responded to any of my emails.

Good quick delivery. Excellent sale price. The brass is a bit bright for my liking but hopefully it will dull down over time. One of the plastic feet missing. Altogether a nice product

SENT PHOTOS OF MISSING PART AND SLIGHT DAMAGE BUT HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM SINCE. HAVE E MAILED ASKING FOR CONFIRMATION OF MY PICTURES, STILL NOTHING. DISAPPOINTING. REMOVING A STAR.

I paid £9.99 extra for 'Express (next day delivery)'. I ordered the lamp late afternoon of Monday 1st December so they certainly had the order first thing Tuesday 2nd December. I did not get express next day delivery. I sent an enquiry to them asking if the lamp had been shipped - my enquiry was ignored. I eventually got notification that the lamp had been shipped on Wednesday 10th December. According to Fedex tracking they collected the shipment on Thursday 11th December. The lamp arrived on Friday 12th December. So I received the lamp eleven days after my order having paid £9.99 for express overnight delivery.
This company has no phone number listed so they make it difficult to communicate with them. They ignore communications sent via email. They take money for an express service which they then do not provide.
The lamp itself is just OK (no better than that). The experience of purchasing from this company was not OK and I certainly would not order from them again.

Meant to write this review earlier. I had ordered 2 items (champagne boxes) from them months ago. The shipment time to the states, the quality of the boxes and the communication were all top notch. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
If you’re on the fence about ordering- just do it. You will not be disappointed!

Terrible customer service, wrongly advertised item that they excpect you to pay return postage for. Save yourself the greef from buying from these crooks.

I was looking for some vintage trays to use as drink trays on baskets in my living room, so quality was important to me. These trays stood out for quality of finish and I was not disappointed, they are lovely and have been much admired. The service and communication was excellent also, and really felt personal.

The lights we ordered were as expected however they came with quite pricey bulbs, one of which was faulty and didn’t work. I reached out to the company multiple times over email and chat to request a replacement but received zero response. I have still heard nothing 6 weeks later.
