The quality of a retailer is measured…
The quality of a retailer is measured by how they deal with exceptions. Fed Ex failed to deliver. Vintage Electrical had full tracking and could see that Fed EX had not delivered. Vintage Electrical did nothing!!!
The only way to contact them was through chat - Vintage Electrical and they ignored me. They neither sent a replacement or a refund
Con artists - DO NOT USE!!!!

We are so very pleased with this purchase. Communication with seller was excellent and so helpful. Delivery was quick. I purchased this lamp for my husband who is a bourbon and whiskey connoisseur, to place in our den. It’s the perfect addition. The craftsmanship is beautiful. Everyone who has come over always asks us where we got the lamp. I wish there was an option to upload a photo because words do it no justice.

If I could give zero I would I’m still…
If I could give zero I would I’m still 2 months later without my trays without clear communication and without a refund! My first order was an absolutely wonderfully and we love our tray - wanting 2 more I ordered without hesitation and now to be let down I can only assume this company is having major issues! I’m now contacting my bank to revoke the payment - would have much preferred the trays! Feel very sorry for this company hate to ever leave a bad review !

Dreadful customer service
Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure you won't have to return the item. Their customer service is non existent. I have left countless phone messages and emails and none were answered. I have only just received reimbursement after several weeks of waiting, not knowing what was going on. Who has time to deal with issues like this in our busy lives. Resist at all costs, go to a more reliable supplier.

AVOID - Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I placed an order for a light that was £90.00, this was not delivered to the correct address and returned to the Fedex depot.
I have contacted Steve at least 4 times by email over the last 14 days and he has been extremely unhelpful, not sending out another light to the correct address and saying that when/ if Fedex return it to him then I will get a refund. So basically I am without the light or a refund. I am now going to escalate the matter further with Barclaycard and Trading Standards. The correct address was provided which I have a record of and the store has not tried to contact Fedex to get the parcel back and resolve the situation.
