Similar to another review here, I have tried to contact the company through the chat today and an email sent 3 days ago with no response. As with a previous reviewer the online form had no send button.

UPDATE The owner of the company contacted me immediately after my post above and resolved the issue. I received my items eventually and they were very apologetic. Communication did remain difficult but the lamps look great (not yet fitted).

An excellent service all round. A great retailer supplying quality products at very affordable prices. Ordering and delivery is a cinch; delivery is prompt with good tracking available.
I highly recommend.

I ordered a vintage style, silvery, galvanised ice bucket for my daughter for her birthday.
The order was despatched the following day and arrived safely the day after that. Outer packaging was tidy and secure, inner packaging clean and plentiful to ensure no damage.
The ice bucket is great, absolutely perfect for at least 2 large bottles of Champagne, very stylish and heavy weight… nothing cheap n flimsy about this.
Can’t comment of course on how it might age, but for the moment, couldn’t be better.

Ordered an item that decided to return( as it was a gift a person didn’t like). After sending back my parcel didn’t hear anything back. Sent 3-4 emails that all been ignored and it’s been over 2 weeks already. Waste of 70£

I'm starting to think this is an elaborate scam.

I've messaged via your website, I've sent emails - no response.

UPDATE - order finally arrived but is of really poor quality - the copper has been painted onto dull grey metal which is obvious in places and the paint work is splodgy with inconsistent colouring. Please contact me to discuss a return.

FURTHER UPDATE - I returned the pendant (DPD at my own cost and with proof of delivery) and we are on day 8 after it being received, and no refund yet...

Would recommend to anyone who wants something a bit different to normal light switches.

I ordered this double light switch for my pub shed project and I’m really impressed. The quality is excellent — it’s made from solid materials and feels well built. Delivery was also outstanding; it arrived within a day via FedEx.

After several emails back and fourth I got a spare part sent out to fix the switch. The product looks amazing .

I would use the company again as the products are unique and right up my street.

The light arrived well packaged and in good condition. Looks period correct. Highly recommend!

Vintage Electrical is simply amazing. I very rarely write reviews, but this company went over and above and far exceeded expectations, so I want to highly recommend them.

The wall lights I ordered were excellent quality and very well designed, but what stood out and made this company special was the genuine extra effort to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Following a query to their customer services team, they unexpectedly and very generously added an expensive item to my order free of charge, to enable me to convert one of the double wall lights to a single. I was blown away.

And my electrician was delighted that as well as wall fixing screws etc, 'Wago' connectors were also included, which makes his job much simpler. Very few companies now go to such lengths to ensure customers are more than 100% happy, so I would highly recommend Vintage Electrical to all potential customers.

Received Item which didn’t quite fit our decor so requested a return within their returns policy. Multiple emails ignored with no response so now stuck with the item.

This company has absolutely no customer service, expect to be completely ignored if there is an issue. I spent £200 on lampshades and fittings and when my electrician went to fit the lampshade, the opening was too small for the fitting that they provided. The company has no phone number and I've message several times through email and on Instagram but have been completely ignored. In the end I have had to go and file down the opening myself in order to get it to fit. The lampshades do look nice but this company is best avoided in my experience.

Fabulous company to deal with - extremely quick delivery and a great, well- made product. I am thrilled with the design and quality of the wooden Moët Champagne tray. Highly recommended!
