No customer service
I ordered five of a particular glass pendant. When they arrived each was a different size so the bulbs don't fit inside as they should, and they look pretty bad.
My bad review is mainly for the fact that the company hasn't replied to any of my messages. Which I find very annoying.

Each of these glass pendants is individually handcrafted, just like the original American insulators they are modelled from, so small variations in shape, size and finish can naturally occur. This is part of the character of handmade glass rather than a mass-produced item. However, the bulbs should still sit correctly and the overall look should be suitable once installed.
We would like to look into this for you properly. Please send over your order number, photos of the five pendants side by side, and photos showing the bulb fitment issue, and we will review this as a priority.

Bad customer service but products are real.
So far I have been waiting nearly a week for my delivery, this would be fine normally but I haven't received any updates. My emails/enquiries on there website and Pinterest have been ignored. Not sure if I have been scammed yet.
UPDATE: My lamp has now arrived. It's unfortunate that it took a bad review to prompt any response from Vintage Electrical. The lamp is very impressive for the price. I have not seen similar online anywhere near the price. The only issue I have is it seems to have light damage or just not being manufactured to the highest quality which is fair enough giving the price.
Pros- Very cheap for the style of lamp. At £60 I could imagine this being sold in a fancy shop front front for £200 plus.
Pros- Well packaged in styrofoam.
Cons- Does not come with glass shade that's made for it (you can see the area of packaging where it's originally would have been held).
Cons- Not best manufacturing little nicks here and there.
Cons- Very bad customer service.

Ordered an aluminum clam shell dish for displaying of champagne and wine bottles as a wedding gift for a friend. The piece was delivered quickly and was beautiful, heavy, and well made. The seller let me know although they didn't offer engraving services, that it was engravable. A special gift worth the price!

Great quality products and service
I purchased 4 of the 11” vintage lights for a home bar. They arrived in perfect condition and they were super easy to setup. Very impressed with the quality of the product and they look amazing now they’re installed.

Great quality statement piece.
How excited can you get about a light switch? Very- it turns out. I had low expectations when I needed a six gang unit - something so large needs to look and feel good. But this piece of kit from Vintage Electrical is delightful. This is a beautiful faux vintage piece which fits perfectly into a warehouse . A utilitarian item elevated to be a stylish statement.
Great price. No foolish and off putting p&p costs and efficient service from Vintage Electrical.
Will I upgrade all my light switches based on this. Can’t say I won’t.
