Great top and good service. But when trying to pay it wouldn’t take the 10% code I was sent as I was a first time buyer. Still bought it though.

I bought APE Optics Vega Evo glasses. Super impressed, wish I'd known about these years ago, it would have saved me a fortune. I've got a weird prescription, I sent the insert away to Lensology and I now have the coolest most value for money cycling glasses I have ever owned. And I can see 🤓

Victory chimp thanks for a great product in the eyewear for cycling with the different lenses for different weather conditions .they are light and very stylish .I strongly recommend them.
I've used a few different cycling glasses but these are by far the best and they were shipped to Australia from the UK within 10 days so I'm extremely happy so I purchased another two different colour Lenses. thanks again victory chimp

Coming to Sweden, the items ordered arrived quickly with Postnord. Previously, another shipping alternative was chosen which took much longer. Kudos on improving the shipping time. The pieces of cycling kit are well made and comfortable. The quality seems to be on par with other brands whose prices far exceed Victory chimp's. I highly recommend this brand.

A raincoat was damaged in less than two years, and despite repeated requests, there was never any response or offer of compensation. Very poor service and a total lack of customer focus.

The most frustrating part of the whole situation with Victory Chimp is precisely that there is never any response to emails—not now (despite several follow-ups in recent weeks), and not when there were issues with a delivery that was severely delayed. The claim that they responded via email, as stated below, is simply not true.

Ordered a Jersey wrong size. Just tried and put it back in its own bag. In a few days I've requested a size change and accepted to pay the postal expenses for the return. I've clearly never used the jersey. They first have accepted the request, then, after a long wait and when they have receveid the item, they have rejected the request due to the presence of marks on the jersey.

1. I literally hadn't the time to use the jersey, I've only tried it and sent it back;
2. I've put it in its own bag;
3. Marks could be addressable to the postal service;
4. They've sent me images of the marks with no proof they actually are on the jersey I've sent back;
5. the marks seems to be easily removable after a wash;
6. They've offered me to send me back the jersey (wrong size, of course) with return postage on me.

I've decided not to get back the jersey, maybe they could sell it, after a good wash, to someone else with a discount (by the way, I've bought it online WITH a discount...)

Honestly I don't care, things like this happens all the time, but their return policy It's clearly wrong and autodamaging. I'm very disappointed, other companies would mamage issues like this in a different and more friendly way.

Glasses seem well made,easy to change lenses,nice fit,comfy,case is well made also and I think they look pretty good too.
All cycling glasses are expensive but these are pretty good value all in all.

Lovely glasses bought the rose gold ones and had my prescription put in them really easy to do love them and they look awesome when riding my mtb

Abrupt response. Ordered items in two different sizes, neither of which fit. I missed the return cutoff by 1 day and sent a note to apologise and request a return - I was refused either a credit or refund, which is fine, but it was an abrupt response to my kindly worded request. I wouldn’t use this company again after such an abrupt response.

Recieved my medium CC Chimpeur Full Zip Track Top in navy today by courier. I am looking forward to wearing it in Athens this weekend. It came nicely packaged with some quality marketing, a sticker and even a wee bag of Haribo. Delighted with it .
