Great quality and a great price, customer service is prompt and organised - keep up the great work, great brand

I had an issue with the catch on my bib short being cracked upon opening, I only noticed this just before going on a bike packing holiday. The bib short were a necessity for the holiday and when I emailed victory chimp and explained there was no issues whatsoever.
I wore the short on my holidays, had to wash them, returned them as soon as I got home and within less than a week I had a new pair returned to me.
I have never experienced customer service like this. Ryan who I was on email to was kind and very helpful. His advise was perfect and everything he said was accurate.
There was no issues and I was so surprised that I had a return of a new pair of bib shorts so quickly.

This is how other companies should run their customer service.

I have bought a few items from this company and I like their designs and quality seems great so far. I like the fact that they are Irish but I did contact them a couple of times through email and received no response at all. No phone number either. Ryan I have actually enquired twice as to whether you do or plan to make similar socks to the ones you made in conjunction with See Sense some years ago? A simple yes or no by return would suffice??

Had a nasty crash which led to me breaking my helmet in multible places. Yet glasses stayed untouched. They popped of my head and slid a but further, but only very very very slight scratching! Love them!!

This brand has quickly become my favourite for cycling gear! Have just ordered some sunglasses and a cycling jersey which arrived really quickly. Just been for a long ride in my new gear and am super impressed with the style and quality of the items. nice little touches such as the postcard and pack of haribo were also much appreciated!

I recently purchased two track tops and a body warmer from victory chimp, and I’m disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price.

One of the track tops unzips from the bottom when fully zipped, making it difficult to remove — I have to take it off over my head and spend quite some time trying to zip it back down. Additionally, the body warmer is already showing small strands of stuffing coming out, and I haven’t even worn it yet.

They said I could return them but I have already worn the track top (for 1 hour) so can’t. They look great but the quality is poor for the money, they ain’t cheap. I would avoid this company in future. I just want quality products, I don’t want to mess around trying to return things.

They told me I could send back after I posted this review. It’s frustrating to have to send it back. They say it’s a rare occurrence but I’ve ordered three items and two are faulty.
