I needed a small, lightweight handlebar bag to carry all my bike kit for a Hebridean Way bike trip and this is perfect as it fits neatly on the front handlebars in between all the levers and headlight. It is easy to access and has plenty of room for essential bike repair kit . My friends also got one each and they have been very pleased with theirs too.

I bought ROCKBROS R0 Smart Bike Handlebar Plug & Rear Light. Unfortunately, initially one of the handlebar plugs didn't sync to the other handlebar plug and rear light. However, I contacted Rockbrossport and they sent out two replacement handlebar plugs and now everything works and is in sync. They were easy to install and look great. Thank you.

Product quality and value looks great on the unwrap but paniers need testing in ernest. Delivery good. Very satisfide.

The saddle is great. Very comfortable and as a new rider I was able to go at least three times further than before without getting sore. I like the handle on the back for lifting the bike. The delivery time was quite long I was quoted 5-7 days but it took about 11 days. There was a bank holiday to contend with but the delay seemed to be on the originator end as it took days to even start the journey from China to the uk. Once in this country it only took 2 days to get to me.

Easy website, quick delivery, great product, I’ve been using ‘Overpriced Oakley’ for years yes they’re great but when you can have RockBros for a fraction of the cost it’s a no brainer, definitely would buy more from them.

Rockbros are asking for a review when I have not received the product.
The tracking service offered is not fit for purpose. I have been unable to track my order.

Awful service. Ordered a pair of Bluetooth cycling glasses, arrived about a week later without the charging cable. Emailed the company who replied two or three days later and asked for pictures of my order to see if the cable was missing, why would I lie?, did that got another delayed reply apologising, sent the wrong cable to me, more emails, more delays, asked again for pictures of the wrong cable, again why would I lie, a month or so later still no cable

Absolutely abysmal customer service: many others have noted that if you want to return an item you need to email them. They never respond, suggest it's your fault because their reply went to spam (it didn't) and now they are blaming "email issues". What utter nonsense. Excuse after excuse.

The whole returns system that depends on emailing is ridiculous and outdated.

I have returned my item, it's been delivered and still no refund.

Bought men's lightweight padded cycling tights for the spring/summer. Size (small) exactly as size guide chart and fit really well. Seriously lightweight.

Order failed at first use, no response from customer service

Still haven’t received the product. Initially I had good contact, but having sent 3 emails over the past 2-weeks asking for updates on my order, I’ve been ignored. Just had an email asking me to review the order, that I still haven’t received. Not a great experience considering the price of the product.
