couldn't recommend Victorychimp more in terms of quality, value and customer service.

Glasses seemed okay quality obviously on the cheaper scale for riding glasses. Ordered with the prescription inserts but they sit way to high in the frames especially when mountain biking and looking down. Did message the company who said they'd never heard of the issue before. Purchased a set of vinalls instead as the prescription inserts sit on the nose and work alot better in my opinion. Ended up giving my A.P.E glasses away.

i originally bought the sunglasses i think 2-3 years ago now. Im extremely impressed over this long period of time. To this day the glasses are still mint. They’ve been with me from the UK, to Australia! And in both countries and many other i get compliments about the glasses everywhere i go! I wanted a fresh new lense for casual use as when i use the glasses when biking alot and despite me putting them through extreme testing with enduro & downhill mountain biking they are extremely durable. A couple of crashes on the bike, then looking at the lenses , its barley scratched. Over the moon with them. By far my favourite out of any pair. I will be picking out new colours in the future.

Quality and range of products is excellent, competitive pricing, swift delivery, can’t ask for more.

Ordered puffa jacket. Was sent an anorak in error.

Contacted the company to ask for a returns label for incorrect item and to express concern that correct item might no longer be available.

Ryan, the company owner tells me to return the incorrect item at my expense and that the cost of the return would be refunded.

This is contrary to U.K. consumer law and the Distance Selling Regulations which as a
past online retailer I am well aware of.

Advised by Ryan no prepaid returns option available even for seller error. This is in breach of U.K. consumer law.

I suggested the direct item be sent with a returns label for the wrong item (as is standard practice with online companies adhering to U.K. regulations - including Victory Chimp competitors) but Ryan has chosen to ignore my email.

So I’ve contacted Trading Standards who are investigating. An AI search suggests other customers have had similar issues with returns that at totally contrary to the VC website statement ‘Easy returns. We want to bring you cycling clothing you'll love. If for some reason you don't, we'll put it right hassle-free’

Hardly hassle free! A VERY unsatisfactory customer service experience.

I work in a service industry where the customer is always right and that’s often challenging. In this case as the customer I am not at fault!

I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Thanks. The Jackett is Great. Unfortunately, the cuffs are a bit tight, as I have quite large wrists. Hopefully after some time of training they will fit. However, it’s a fantastic piece

I absolutely love the goods but shipment was a bit sluggish.

Hugely disappointing returns process. Ordered a pair of glasses after recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately I didn't like the colour so returned them in good faith for an exchange. After two weeks wait I asked for an update to be told they hadn't received the return. After I provided proof of the return delivery they rejected the exchange request claiming totally incorrectly that the item looked used. To add insult to injury they requested payment for postage to have the same glasses returned back to me! No refund no exchange and a terrible customer experience. Avoid! The fact that the owner responds to customer feedback with defensive, offensive and exaggerated language and still doesn’t offer a solution tells you all you need to know about their customer service policy. The glasses were never used.

I’ve bought from Victorychimp a couple of times and I’ve never had any issues with the service, they are very quick and efficient.
I also find the clothing to be very comfortable and of a high quality.

I bought the Out There Hooded Recycled Sherpa Fleece Jacket (Ochre/Navy) recently and my initial feedback is that I absolutely love it!!

It's great quality, chunky zips (normally the weak point) and packed with useful features. The pockets are generous and I like the 3 rear pockets. The hoodie is large and the front doesn't constrict the neck when fully zipped. The patches on both arms allow for a custom look with my own patches or the VC pack patch.

The colours are snazzy and well designed. Some of the photos on the site show a sky blue seam to the main zip, but mine hasn't got this (which I prefer).

It's warm, but not overly hot. Probably too much for active stuff, but perfect for lounging, or dog walks (the reason I bought it).

It's a great fit. I'm 181cm/6', 90kg and a 42" chest and the Large is perfect. It wears snug, which I was aware of, from the guidance on the other reviews; if you prefer a loose fit, size up.

Delivery was Royal Mail 48hr.

Communication was friendly, swift and accurate.

All in, I'm impressed and will be back to buy other VC kit.

Brilliant service, ordered on Friday afternoon and parcel arrived the next morning. I love the design of the Chimpeur gear, just got the gravel shorts and their fit is brilliant and the addition of the belt loops in the version makes them more practical. Local products don't get much better than this

I’ve had a few products from Victory Chimp now and all have been fantastic. Jersey, cargo bib shorts and glasses. I’m not going to say they are as good as Rapha et al but what I can say with confidence (I own kit from all the big names including Rapha, Spatz, MAAP, Gobik) is that you’ll get 90% of the function for less than 50% of the cost. The glasses are particularly good and for the price there’s honestly nothing that can touch them. Ryan is a pleasure to deal with too and backs up his products with superb support.

Bought the packable gilet (moon dust) as a replacement for on old one that zip broke. Never bought VC before, but the gilet is great! Ace colour, perfect sizing, three pockets (inc space for a banana!) and packs away super small.

Ideal for seasonal change, early morning rides and keeping warm post ride in the summer
