Purchased a new fleece which fitted me perfectly. I'm 6'2 and about 17 stone and have always struggled to find cycling kit that fits me. Super impressed with the fleece keeps me warm on seriously cold days.
I've just purchased some more kit for the summer and will definitely be using Victory Chimp in the future.

Quality of product is fine, returns process slow
Quality of produce is fine, comes up a bit small, but ok. I'm normally a medium, so had to go for XL, which still quite snug.
The returns process is extremely slow. For this reason, and uncertainty I won't be using them again. Shame really as I do understand it's a small company trying to compete with the big companies.

Top Notch small business
Great quality clothing and accessories with stand out designs and features. I have bought the EVO glasses, winter socks, Cargo Bib Tights and Long sleeve thermal Jersey over the last few years and am so happy with all of them. Delivery from NI is tracked and prompt and Ryan was very efficient in exchanging the top, twice as I had got the sizing wrong. It's now my Go To shop for my cycling gear, can't wait to stock up on the summer kit!

Well made rucksack
I bought a Norfee backpack and I am really pleased with it.
It has two different styles of clips. one for the chest strap and a different one to close the top. Both a quirky but work really well. There is a superb padded remouvable inner sleeve for a laptop. It is made from a really nice Cordura which keeps the contents dry, and the two straps are nice and broad making it comfortable to wear on the bike.
All in all I am more than happy with my purchase.

Poor quality
Great design and branding, but quality and the finish is really poor. The neck warmer my wife got me had no finish on the ends, and the padded gilet had a broken pocket.
Since my wife has returned some items she's now no longer getting a response from customer service and is having to pursue reimbursement through her credit card.
Maybe they were good and they've recently changed manufacturer, because the finished product does not live up to the hype.

The finish on the product. The zip on what is a lovely zippy top is so rubbish and cheap. Get good quality ykk zips and we will pay £5 more for them. I will have to probly get a new zip fitted to my 2 moth old zippy top.

APE Sunglasses
I bought a pair ofcycling glasses (A.P.E. Optics Vega Evo Cycling Sunglasses (Matte Crystal Tortoiseshell w/ Silver Lens) and I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality. The sun causes reflections on the lenses and makes vision very difficult. It's even dangerous because you can't see practically nothing. I regret the purchase. I would not recommend this product under any circumstances.
***After reading this review the company offers me a refund for the product, but they are not responsible for the logistics. I have to find a transport company to be able to make the return. I'm not against the company charging return costs, but they should make it easier.

We ship orders and receive returns from our base in the North of Ireland which is not outside the European Union for customs purposes. This statement is incorrect. There are no customs fees or additional taxes to or from the EU and we categorically do not hinder returns to deter customers. It is not at all difficult to send an order back to us for return. In fact, we have immediately offered return and refund along with the cost of return after seeing this review before which the customer had neither contacted us nor submitted a return.
