Unable to unlock, but did eventually get a refund.

I also was told that they were unable to unlock my phone. 6 days later, I am still waiting for my refund.
Reading that the same thing has happened to several others, surely the police should get involved. This has to be fraudulent.
20th Nov - I have now received my refund.

Could not unlock Nokia Lumia, promised refund in 5 days, guess what? 5 days long gone an no sign of refund, despite reminder. I also wish I had read reviews prior to dealing with this company. I hope more disappointed customers take the time to write their reviews.

They can't unlock my s7. They told me it would take about 24 hours to sort out. Unfortunately they emailed me in the time telling me it was not possible and would refund me my money. They refund me my money 5 days later. So for me no problem as they kept me informed all the way. To be fair too them I had it done in a shop and they had quite a problem doing it. But all done now.

I have also had an email saying that they could not calculate my unlock code, and that I will be refunded in full. There is no sign of a refund so far. I will be raising a dispute with PayPal if it does not materialise soon.

Yep, seams i got scammed too. Also receieved an email saying they was unable to get me a code and stated money would be refunded back into my account, still no refund even after emailing them :/

It's a con. No unlock code given. Refund promised, never arrived. Total scam. Wish i had read the reviews first

Giving 3 stars because i got my refund. I ordered threw paypal and they instantly refunded me since they couldn't unlock. All emails a automated. It might work for you so please pay with paypal incase it doesn't

Paid for a code to unlock my Samsung a5, told couldn't find code so will be refunded....been 20 days and still had no reply from them (Aaron) complete scam!

honestly cant fault them......paid for 2 codes for 2 separate devices, got email within 24hrs stating unable to unlock and would refund.....money returned for one account in a matter of hrs and then for the second one a few hrs later!

Total scam. I chatted online first to get an official cost - $19.99 cad to unlock a Samsung 6. Was told 8-24 hours for a code. Followed up after 3 days. Told would take another 3-4 days. Now told no code found. I called Visa to cancel my card as this is an obvious scam. Rude response for my request for a refund. Now no response. Complete waste if time and money. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY!!!

Avoid Unlock Code-Shop, they couldn't unlock my Galaxy S7, firstly said it had to be unlocked manually then after I chased it up (with Aaron) said they couldn't unlock it and I would receive a refund within 5 working days (and I am still awaiting the refund 4 weeks later and not getting any replies).

Another company "themobiletechnicianltd" cost a couple of quid more
but unlocked it in minutes.

Go else where as these will just waste your time.

Paid £5.15 expecting a code to unlock an iPhone 6 my mom gave to me when she upgraded. Was told a member of staff called "Mitchell" was searching for a code for my phone. No code received. Emailed numerous times and never had a reply. I paid through PayPal so went back to them and got an immediate full refund. Complete waste of my time!!

My thoughts are that they have no intention of unlocking anything.
They just hope you don't push for a refund

This company is a fraud. They took my money through Paypal, then said they could not provide me with the code I had paid for and promised to refund my money within 5 days. Over a month later, I have sent countless emails and left messages on their site to get no response. Coincidently, I cannot find a contact telephone number for them anywhere on the internet. It soon dawned on me that this is a complete scam. Does anyone know who I can report this to so I can get them shut down and avoid this happening to any other poor suckers??? PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SITE AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!

Ok, they failed to unlock my S6 Edge that sucks BUT I am giving them 4 stars because they are easy to communicate with, gave me honest answer that they could not unlock phone and the most importantly they provided refund of my payment next day after they confirmed that they could not unlock my phone. So I disagree that they are scam, even I thought that i will lose my money as so many other people that reviewed this company.
Note: always pay for everything with PayPal and you will always get your money back.

Could not unlock my phone promised refund I have been waiting 2 weeks nothing sent messages no reply I would avoid using them big mistake I made if you can afford to lose money then use there services if u can't AVOID

I don't see how this can be a scam, they couldn't unlock my phone and gave me an instant refund
