Iv used them 5 times over past couple years years they havent unlocked 1 phone yet and still waiting for money back, I was told I would get a refund from Aaron but still nothing complete waste of time and money.

Do not use these scam specialists. I think every one has received the same email stating that they couldn't unlock your phone the best thing to is to get in touch with PayPal but please try to make friends and family aware of this as they are here to rip people off

Poor service I also got an email advisi g me that they cannot unlock my phone got to wait for refund, I think this company is a scam.
Said £1.99 but charged £4.79.

Like many other reviews here, 2 weeks after money been taken from my account. I am yet to receive a refund after the immediate reply of inability to unlock my phone. I have written them many emails reminding them of their promise to refund within 5 days but no response.
Avoid having any!thing to do with unlock-code-shop. They lack honesty. Run, run, run and keep running. They are a nightmare.
I am not given off. I will continue to email them until I get my refund. No amount is small...

Phone not unlocked due to still being under contract- said money would be refunded. Checked account after 7 days and no refund. Had to contact then and said refund was processed but didn't go through to a technical error their end. Said would refund within 12 hours via PayPal. Nothing after 12 hours. Had to contact them again. After several emails with no response eventually got a reply and a refund. Would advise against using this company!

Much like everyone else, this company was unable to unlock my phone, received an email 22 hours after purchase saying "sorry, we'll return your money in 5 days". Bit of a joke in this day and age. I can pay straight away for pretty much anything so the same should be possible vice versa.

If you do fall into the trap of using these cowboys, go straight onto paypal and get a refund. It'll take 5 days but chances are that if you don't then they'll just sit on your money and hope you don't notice.

Amusingly enough, their refund page even asks you not to raise a dispute with some nicely worded bull about it taking much longer if you do. I read these as the words of the guilty so I have reported them as a seller regardless and provided paypal a link to this thread.

...money took straight away (PayPal) - "can't unlock phone, refund in 5 days". 21 days later just happened to be clearing mails, saw this and checked - no refund. A mail to them asking clarification before raising it with Paypal and a refund notification received about 20 minutes later. No accompanying email, apology or anything. Seems they just charge a small fee they're hoping no-one will really miss knowing they can't actually unlock any phone but see how many £5's they can hang onto!

Just got the email saying they can't unlock the phone and they will refund me in 5 working days. I have been fooled by very low price it's advertised and I think it's somehow a scam in case not everyone is bothered to get back the £4.69 paid.
I'll rise though a case with PayPal just to make sure the money won't stay with them."

The refund was really quick with no issue. Probably they try to give an amazing price but they have limited resources.
Maybe if you are lucky depending of your phone and network they might get you sorted. Can give it a try, they refund pretty quickly once they confirm whether or not can unlock.

Avoid. Couldn't unlock my phone. Numerous attempts to obtain a refund. Seems like this is someone operating from their bedroom. Complete scam!!!!

What a waste of 24hrs, i could have got one from someone else.

I would have given 1 star but I did get a refund eventually. Took 2 days before being told they couldn’t unlock my phone. Was told I would be refunded within 5 days. Had to chase them up on day 6. I did then get the refund.
I wasn’t scammed but it was a poor service, a complete waste of time. I won’t be using them again and would recommend others to go elsewhere also

Lame fake company there to take your money only. Avoid like the plague as to even get a refund is a pain in the butt. Should be prosecuted!!!!!

They was not able to imei unlock my iPhone 7 plus Sprint however, it might have an icloud lock on it in addition, they gave me a full refund.

as with others here, this company is a scam. Once I opened an issue with Paypal they credited the money instantly. Try you mobile company to unlock your phone. I contacted EE who i used to have a contract with and they sent me a code for free!

Avoid these people who sail too close to be prosecuted as they say there is a technical problem followed by 'we cant unlock your phone' to 'the money will be returned'. which it seems never arrives for those who have no leverage. Paypal saved me as they do not want to spoil their relationship there - BEWARE and enter at your risk.

Tried them - nothing. Said £1.99 but charged £3.99 plus vat. After about 20 hours chased them then just after a couple of hours later they send that they couldn't do it and will be refunded. Hope I get the refund. Unacceptable .

Took my money then sent an email 3 days later saying that they couldnt unlock a moto g5 and it would take 5 days to refund the money.

7 days later, still no money.

Just wanted to reiterate the reviews already posted same experience today do not use but if you want to use PAYPAL.

can't unlock any phone waste of time I am glad I paid via paypal otherwise I would have been out of pocket. Don't trust this company they are just there to have customers money for period of time and then pay you back if you open a dispute with paypal.
