I ordered 2 codes the first one came through straight away and it worked fine. They took 2 days to tell me they couldn't get the code for my other phone which was a pain but I got the refund today.

Sophisticated con, relying on punters not bothering to claim refund for small amounts. If you try to reclaim through Paypal resolution centre you get a message saying a dispute will take 3 weeks to resolve click on this link for an instant refund. Absolute bull it's a cleverly worked scam to prevent Paypal from suspending them, if you follow the link then log in your Paypal account you will find a message saying "your refund is on it's way, estimated date is" then you will find the date is at least a week away,certainly not "instant".
This needs looking into for possible fraud.

Wow what can I say, how do these scammers get a way with it? I mean their advert comes up immediately in Google, giving them credibility. They have been reported to Paypal by so many people who have experienced their lie of a service and yet Paypal still allow them to trade, this is so wrong! Yes I had a full refund once I had actioned a dispute with Paypal and that's all fine, but this so called company should be stopped from trading end of story!

So my advice is, never trust a company that says their unlock codes are £1.99 and then when you checkout the amount becomes £4.79. They do not reply to emails and their contact number takes you to a company called 'Bristol Street Motors'!

I paid for a code, I was told they will send me a code in 24hrs, yet I've heard nothing, lucky I paid via PayPal, I wish I had come on here before paying, I've yet to see one good comment! Update.... if you pay via PayPal, you can get an instant refund, do that's what I did.

Took my money and then said 24 hours. Waited didn't hear back. Emailed them and got a reply saying they couldn't supply the code for my phone and said they'd issue a refund in 5 days. Went on Ebay and found someone who asked for my EMEI number BEFORE taking any money to confirm he could do it.

Total scam. No Code, promised a refund but never arrived then I got a refund instantly but only after going via Paypay.

Then I found dozens of similar comments.

It seems that this is a fake company relying on people not checking they get a refund for a service they never will provide.

stay well clear... SCAM! but they will give you an instant refund rather than go through a pay-pal dispute claim

Having paid for code I then looked on here to see reviews...not great so I went to PayPal to start refund because of seeing they are a scam only to find they have left a message on not to do claim to follow their link on there For refund...well I did put on my email address and 3 mins later it's refunded back to me...goes to show always use PayPal where possible....

A Totall online Scamming Website Should be banned Robbing people of money hoping to get my £4.79 back after raising the issue with my bank they have failed to answer my emails appalling buissness scam be ware

Total scam no response what so ever cost nearly five pound. Should be closed down.

Trading standards next step? If they take thousands of £4.79 then that us fraud.
