Scammers, paid the money via PayPal and according to them the code should be sent within 72hrs, 4 days later nothing DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, and they do not reply to emails someone should look into this company and PayPal should close down their account.

They are scammers...I paid money..they will send you the confirmation email. Then after 12hr you email will disappear somewhere. Making money through scam with others hard earn money will make them suffer in life...its karma

As with others, paid to unlock two phones and had a nice reply 24 hours later telling me that they could not find any codes for both phones. They promised a PayPal refund in about 5 days!
Well, they took my money instantly, and we all know they can refund it instantly!
Checked with PP who gave me a 10-minute refund page on their site. I used that and almost instantly, when I checked back with PP, I had a full refund! So, good service in that respect!

Paid, sent numerous emails, I wouldn’t be bothered but it’s for my daughter who is eager to use her phone! 4 days and counting... refund being requested.

OK so I have paid for a unlock code using paypal ordered at 9am and got a email to confirm payment and a email to say there system couldn't automatically find my code about 2 hours later, so they will email me my unlock code within 24 hours now 18:39pm now still no code I will update on here tomorrow

They were unable to provide an unlock code for my particular phone, but informed me straight away by email.
A refund was provided back into my PayPal account instantly once I followed their instructions, so I can’t see why people think they are a con company or thieves.
I would have obviously given 5 stars if they had provided a code.

I have paid to get my phone unlocked and they said they can't unlock it and have not received refund

they are robber take money and do nothing

scam once you pay through paypal their website vanishes and you dont get a code.

Do not use this company it is a scam.. took my money £4.79 although it stated £1.99.. what i found weird is the initial email disappeared from my inbox and when i emailed them there isn't even a trace of it.. it is so cleverly done, so no contact number anything 🤷‍♀️ think ill contact watchdog.. this is shocking as i see so many who have experienced the same ..

Took my money quick enough and then messaged me saying that they couldn't at the time provided me with an unlock code for my phone and that I would be contacted in 24-hours. I'm still waiting unable to use my phone and unable to contact the company!!!!

Paid upfront, then got a message saying that they haven't got code for my phone and will be refunding me.
2 weeks on and still waiting for refund!
Also ignoring my messages!
Don't touch these a***-****s with a barge pole!!!

scam get an instant refund via PayPal.

Just looked on this site after paying to unblock my phone pi#s take best be sending me a refund tossers 🤬😠😡

It took a few hours before they emailed me with the code and instructions I had thought it would be instant. It was easy enough to unlock my phone using the code but I'm taking a star off cos it was not instant.

Con artists, don't pay anything to this clowns, they'll take your money but wont provide you the code then pretend you'll get a refund.
I'd normally wont bother chasing small pennies but these crooks make their living dishonestly so somethings needs to be done, its a matter of principle.

Like everyone else....got a email saying 24 hrs then another one saying unable to get code and refund me in 5 days. Paid through PayPal and not received a notification of refund so going through them to get money back. Only 4.79 but it's the principle as I suspect a lot of people will not bother.

I ordered on a Sunday night and it took them a little over 24 hours to send me the code for my old phone -it also ended up in my junk folder. The wait was made worse when I found some bad reviews online so I was relieved when my code finally arrived. Overall I’m really happy with the service I received.

Scam!!!!!!! I charge £5 and I send me email is imposible to unlock the phone and i return the money...
And nafing ...I dont return the money is a scam
