no code got email refund in 5 days its been 9 days just had refund. Pay pal said
going to take 3 more days to show in my account 12 days yo get refund

Scam just like every one else on here, should have read the reviews first.

NO ADDRESS TO RETURN ITEMS.
NO PHONE NUMBER.
DELAYED REPLY TO NUMEROUS EMAILS.
EVENTUALLY OFFERED 30% REFUND.
I ORDERED 2 STAND AND 1 SUPER PALLET/SURPRISE BOX.
I GOT TWO ENVELOPES INSTEAD.
CONTAINING 1 SELFIE STICK 1 CHEAP HUMIDIFIER 1 STE OF FAKE STEREO EAR PHONES.
ALL OF THIS WAS WORTH LESS THAT 40 POUNDS. ALSO I PAID 18 POUND POSTAGE.
PLEASE AVOID THESE THIEVES

Stay away at all costs. You will pay and get nothing in return. I had to get a refund through PayPal.

Avoid avoid avoid this company, twice took £4.99 no codes no emails they NEVER reply to your requests just take your money. Forget PayPal, as I signed in as a paypal guest so cannot even dispute the case robbing scammers get a Fxxxxxxxing real job

It was only mid to be 1.99 but then it went up to 4.99 and i didn't even get my code fu.king waste of my money

I’ve not had any actual experience with this website but having read some reviews I’d say isn’t there anything anybody can do to shut them down for good...maybe Ofcom!

AVOID, SCAM, THEY TELL EVERYONE THAT THEY CANNOT FIND A CODE TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE AND A REFUND WILL BE SENT WITHIN 5 DAYS, BUT NO REFUND OR RESPONSE. ROBBERS.

Scam website avoid, they will not provide a code. Raise a dispute with PayPal if already paid or better still avoid at all costs.

Scam! Everyone who has used it says the same. Wish I'd read trust pilot before using it! Seems they'll keep getting away with it as it's only a few pounds and no-one has the time and energy to start the process! But it definitely needs to be shut down!

Everyone reading this has had an email the following day saying your phone cannot be unlocked with a code right?

I should have read the reviews first. Obviously a scam. Paypal gave me an instant refund, so that says a lot! I don't understand why Paypal still offers its service to this company.

Same as all the other customers. 24 hours later, couldnt generate a code and will give a full refund. I will do it through it through Paypal just to make sure.

This site is a Scam. I've used them twice over 4 years and seen the same both times. Here's what will happen: They will email you the day after your order telling you that they were unable to generate a code for you and that your refund will be processed within 5 days. It won't. You will have a message on the order in paypal which won't be brought to your attention which I have included at the bottom encouraging you to go back to them to get the refund and not to use paypal's dispute process. If you do happen to use them, use the dispute process and also send an email to paypal to complain about them (I can't include email address here).
The message already present when I went to dispute the transaction:

They took the payment, tried to find the unlock code, they were unsuccessful but gave me a apology and a full refund.

I never received a code despite paying £5.

Please do not ignore all of the negative reviews. Code not received, but have received a full refund

Paid them for an unlock code and just said they couldn't automatically generate a code an would email within 24hrs. Few days later and nothing. When I clicked on a link to see what was happening, their was no page. Managed to get a refund through PayPal thankfully. AVOID AVOID AVOID
