Simple and easy to buy tickets, everything you'd expect really.

Took part in the mma show back in November, I wasn't happy with the way the event was organised, thinking it was a one-off I didn't think of it, but my friends comedy show just got cancelled so I thought I have to show my opinion.

EVENT VENUE
So as I said I took part in the mma show in November, believing we would all be taking place at Aston villa stadium (was very impressed with this) but... 3 days before the fight it got changed to a terrible venue in the city centre, where one of my hoodies went missing, I contacted the event staff as I left it in the green room only for the fighters, the response I eventually (maybe 2 weeks) got back in a small summery was (we don't deal with the venue, ask them).

RECORDING OF THE EVENT
so there was about 12 fights that night, someone's fight didn't even get uploaded, one fight was 2x speed and all the rest of the videos are terribly edited, the exposure is so high that I litterally look like an outline of light.

TRAINING
I've trained mma for about 6-7 years now and even though I'd admit the coaches and trainers have a high reputation, a lot of people taking part had never done anything to do with mma. Therefore thinking we'd be going over basics.
Not one punch or kick was taught, it was like everyone was expected to know what to do already which I found unprofessional. Also with the picking of opponents it was quite fair but there was one fight which was a complete mismatch and I was actually worried and shocked for one of the fighter, what makes it worse is that it was on the day of the fight change.

OVERALL
it could of been worse for sure but I'd never go with this company again. I hear stories all the time of them changing venue and dates. They are not the quickest at refunds and they make it down to you to let all the people who have brought tickets know of any changes. There is probably more I have forgotten but that's what I have to say for now.

purchased tickets with them yesterday, within an hour i had multiple numbers calling me from london, russia and china, i have reason to believe they have sold my details as i have not put my number anywhere else and never receive scam calls

Absolute shocking company. Avoid at all costs, they will cancel events and refuse to refund your ticket money.

I bought tickets to a white collar boxing show in stoke a month in advance. 2 days before the event i find out the time of the show had been changed by the boxer i was going to watch. Ultra ticket had not once informed me of these changes. Due to work commitments i could not make the new time of the show. I rang the customer service countless times for two days & not once did they answer. They replied to my email stating i could not get a refund but did not reply to my email asking for the complaints procedure. Furthermore, i asked the people running the show if i was somehow able to make the time of the fighter i brought tickets to watch, could i turn up without wearing black tie attire as this would take me even longer to get there after work. They said its strict dress code & would not compromise. Considering i have already been to 3 or 4 ultra white collar boxing shows, I’d expect there customer service wouldn’t be so bad. I won’t be giving my money to these guys ever again & i would not recommend them to anyone. They take advantage of people in these situations & dont offer any customer service what so ever.

Simple and easy to use. The event was also fantastic. Would recommend.

Really easy to use site.
Tickets arrived straight away and were easy to download.
Worked well on the front door and the event was ace.

I would urge anyone considering using this company re-considers. As per another review I've just seen of this company, I had tickets booked to an event in July which was cancelled. Ultra Tickets did not even inform me that the event was cancelled but luckily I heard through word of mouth.
The event has been rescheduled to September and Ultra Tickets are refusing to provide a refund, despite the fact that they cancelled this event.
I would simply not have purchased tickets to an event in September, knowing I couldn't attend.

Appalling customer service. Have now had to submit a chargeback request with my bank against this company and their dirty trading practices.

Used ultra tickets to buy tickets to a charity event, the event was postponed, I never received confirmation about this by ultra tickets until I questioned it to them? The new date I could not make due to prior arrangements so thought I could get a refund and give the money straight to the charity but ultra ticket refuse to give a refund..
Very poor service in my view and will not use or recommend again.
