Absolutely recommend Ultra Events! We all had an amazing time. Really don’t understand why people complain about having to buy a ticket. We had to purchase tickets to see our family member perform which is absolutely worth it for the very small cost of a ticket we got to attend an amazing venue and watch a really good show. Our family member who was taking part in the ultra comedy had free training for the event, while raising money for a very important charity. You can always contact the Ultra Events team who are really helpful and prompt at getting back to you. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely incredible night for ultra comedy.

So well thought through. It was unbearable heat and the acts came on gave it their all - we all got looked after by ultra really well. It was comparable to watching top name stand ups at a high priced ticket even. No huge queues, fraction of the cost and a great night from start to end. This hasn’t been my first ultra experience. I’ve been to boxing, MMA and hoping to go to many more events to watch more friends and family raising money for good causes. Well done ultra!

Bought tickets to go and watch a comedy show with Ultra in Manchester at The Grosvenor to support my mate attempt his hand at a bit of comedy. Heard nothing but good things about it it it!

Booked comedy tickets and the process was straightforward. Tickets were emailed over quickly, all details were clear, and everything worked perfectly on the night.

Amazing experience. Attended a comedy show the ticket site was easy to use tickets delivered immediately electronically. Really enjoyed the show🤩

Not impressed asked for carer ticket as I have a nimbus accesss card. They said you pay half price and the carer has to stand. What is this even nia ans Nec offer free companion tickets. Shame on you disgusting

Scam company recently booked 2 tickets to a white collar boxing event but a few weeks before the event they changed date and venue probably because they hadn't sold enough tickets to make enough profit, I couldn't make that date so requested a refund but was simply told they don't do refunds so I had to go through my bank to get the money back, they make out they are helping charities but this company is just about making money, take my advice and steer well clear

The training provided is excellent but be wary of prices and pitfalls.
The training provided is excellent and you make some very good friends along the way and deserves 5 stars.
The venue used was good but very hot! Bar prices were pretty reasonable.
The big catch is if your don't sell enough tickets they will pull you from the gig. The ticket prices are very high and put off a large number of possible audience members. They would have sold twice as many tickets had they dropped the price even by £10.

Unfortunately our show was let down by a late act being added who had not attended training and went on to be an arrogant, misogynistic and body shaming act, If they had attended training they would have known this was not on. They also brought with them members of the audience whose behaviour was crude and off putting for the acts as well as upsetting to other audience members.

Those of us who fully engaged had a brilliant experience only let down by the prohibitive cost of tickets and the actions of the new cast member and their supporters.

The positive reviews are one liners which shows they are simply added by the company.

For the experience 5 Stars, for the company 1!!

The one star is for Ultra. Ultra who?
Oh, the ones who counted our ticket sales in a less than encouraging way. As I felt embarrassing to ask people to pay £27 for a show of nobodies only had a few training sessions. One was online as no venue booked, I bought the 10 tickets required myself. Didn't mind, as reasonable for the free course. Also, the charity fundraising was separate. I opened a cloud funding account for the charity I already support and paid the required £50 minimum. Happy to do. I gave my tickets away free to friends, too embarrassed asking for the ticket price. None came, as wanted to bring a couple of friends and difficult to buy tickets online. Or buy tickets on the door for someone want to come along last minute First time ever encountered that, unless event sold out.
Don't think anyone met someone from Ultra. Maybe best they didn't turn up at the big event.
Anyway, I will never regret signing up and ended up being a weird and wonderful troupe of comedians and also fab professionals went above and beyond to get that clowder of cats to ducks in a row. Along with others in the group sorted out venues for our training, the equipment. Even for the final show. And ofc filming the show.
Against all odds, the show was not too shoddy. Apparently excellent. The rouge troupe of weird and wonderful are on to new adventures now.
To be honest, dont think Ultra is a very serious company, and doubt anyone there have much experience I promoting and organising events. Or just could not be bothered.

Terrible organisation only focus is making money.
