DO NOT TRUST TPT
Mis-managed my pension funds and been going through thier complaints procedure for over two years. They do not communicate and don't respond to emails or calls.
Have reported to my MP and due to report to the MP again and the Prime Ministers Office.
I have sent the same email internally so there can be no doubt who I am and whose funds you treated negligently.
I had a previous trust pilot review taken down by TPT, how sneaky of them. Do not trust this company.
Update: No suprise, I have still not heard anything from TPT a week later but have emailed your escalation email you provided below with the hope of a miracle that someone at TPT actually cares about investing customers money in the wrong funding pots.
