Online account
I had not created an online account and now need to - to manage a pot transfer (that has been ongoing for over 1 year!!!). Initially TPT requested (for security reasons) all of my personal data (DoB, NI number, address, email etc etc)be sent in one email, which I refused to do. I found my original joiners email with links that had expired forward that to the help team and they then resent an updated version of that and everything was so easy to just create an account and check my pension status.
I just hope they get the pension pot transfer in scheme up and working asap, potential i am loosing money.

Matthew Mayhew was very Professional and gave exceptional service he listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice and helped me with anything I didn’t understand it was good to have continuity with one person and he kept me informed on what was happening and how long things would take he was very polite and his tone of voice was of someone that knew what they were talking about. I could tell he was very experienced.
