I was looking at a dated document and half expected to be told they were unable to help. Speaking with the TPT customer service she was able to find my document and understood what I was requesting.

The lady I spoke to was helpful and polite.

Got through quickly so no long wait. The person who took my call was very polite & efficient & I now have all the information I need with no long waits ir issues. Excellent & so rare these days!

After an initial call which was not acted upon, I was very fortunate to get through and speak to Andrew.
Immediately, I realised I was speaking to someone who possessed an efficient and professional manor. Andrew quickly got down to my issue, resolving my log in problem. Andrew patiently waited for me to test the log in, so if there had of been a further problem I wouldn’t have to phone again and start from scratch. Completely satisfied! Thank you very much.
