We've been using TPP for a good part of 10 years, and the last week has been literal hell. Support has always been quick, easy, and very helpful. The team was always happy to assist with queries quickly and professionally. We had to change a service to another product (still within TPP), and this is when the issues started. Their phone line has been 'down' for a week, live chat is useless with an AI bot that takes you nowhere, then creates a ticket every time that doesn't get actioned, and emails are never answered. Out of 7 chat occasions this week, we have had 1 single person pick up a ticket and tell us it would be fixed in 48 hours. Live support chat that was previously 24 hours is now limited to weekdays - good luck if you have a problem on a Friday afternoon, it won't get touched until the following week. Almost a week later, and we still don't have a working service, but they've taken our money for these products. We have lost our customers' trust, and you have lost ours after a perfect 10-year partnership.

Support is basically nonexistent. I have several support tickets open and no response in over a week. The AI assistant is a waste of time. Calling the TPP Phone number plays a greeting then says our phone lines are temporarily unavailable. They are continuing to charge a credit card despite being told not to. They were never like this before. Horrible experience as of late.

My website has been hacked and, from my end, I've done everything I can to resolve it. I've logged the issue with TPP and no response at all except for automated response to say the issue has been logged. Reading all these negative very recent reviews leads me to believe that I should move my website domain and hosting to another hosting provider. Have been trying to resolve this for over two weeks - very unsatisfactory :(

We are a reseller who have been using TPP Wholesale for over 15 years and have had a very poor experience this month. We have been trying to contact TPP Support via their support email since Mon 25th Aug and have not received ANY responses. We have also tried calling them daily since Monday and the line says that the phones are 'Temporarily Unavailable' & tells us to create a support ticket or talk to the live chat which is actually an AI Agent who is useless and doesn't connect us to anyone. We have noticed that they have removed their Contact Numbers from their Website and only provide an email. We sent an email to Support this morning and we received an AI email response back which provided us with the incorrect answers that we needed. We just want to speak to a person!!!! Hi TPP, our TPP Support Numbers are; 3583353 &3592636 please respond to them ASAP as we require immediate assistance.

Technical Support is NON EXISTANT same with phone lines.

I have been trying to get a hold of a domain support team member for over 24 hours now. I have tried the stupid AI Bot that is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. The phone line says "submit a ticket" or use "AI Bot to be connected to a human"... None of them work... no one responds.

What needs to happen to get support?

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been with these guys for over 15 years now as a reseller and at one point was approaching 200 domains, but in that time they've gradually deteriorated to the point where they cannot be relied upon for almost anything now and so I've started moving my domains away. Their prices go up, the service goes down, chatbots that ask the same question over and over, eventually leading you to a black hole, a phone number that never answers, a ticket system that never responds and management that doesn't take your concerns seriously. Very very poor, a great example of how not to do business.

Auto-renew system is broken and results in problems every time. Try and contact support and just get ignored. Emails are either ignored and/or deleted, chat just sits there for ever with no interaction after trying to be connected to an Agent - at this point I question if the business is still in operation.
And in response to "matter has now been resolved" - no, the matter is that you do not respond to support requests. I was on chat, waiting for 5 hours. And my email requests were just closed. AND, the auto-billing issue still exists - you just put a band aid on the problem instead of fixing the cause

TPP Wholesale do not answer their phones - ever! After trying every option in their directory and waiting on hold for 2 hours each time; I decided their phone support is actually a joke.

Very disappointed their support is nonexistent
1300 phone number is not working
Chat with AI is also nonexistent.
I have been a reseller for years and have never seen this with TPP before.

Joined as reseller 4 days ago.
Absolutely nothing works.
Contacted support and admin 3 times.
Radio silence.
Either they are very successful and very busy, or they have closed down.

Their email server does not work, so reset password, transfer domains, um! nothing works,.

Cannot log into cpanel due to changes by TPP Wholesale - I made NO CHANGES.
2+ hour wait for chat support.
Follow up at end of day ... then they say they will escalate to senior tech support.

WHY WAIT UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY UNTIL I FOLLOW UP BEFORE ESCALATING AN ISSUE THAT MAKES THE SITE ADMIN UNREACHABLE??? .... bearing in mind that this is a replication of the same issue from a week ago ... that is being caused by TPP Wholesale ... nothing I have done.

The level of support from TPP Wholesale is just unacceptable ... no, thats not right ... in fact THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM TPP WHOLESALE

DO NOT RISK RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS VIA THIS COMPANY.

Support is now terrible. They have variously ...

1. Made changes to htaccess which took one of my sites offline ... and then denied doing it until I proved to them that they had made the change ... AND WHAT IOS WORSE IS THAT DESPITE ME ESCALATING BY SUBMITTING COMPLAINT ... NO-ONE FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT HAS EVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR F..K UP ... LET ALONE APOLOGSED ... THEY DO NOT CARE

2. They keep doing something which prevents me having cpanel access for WHM which effects my ability to maintain a bunch of sites I support ... its happened before & it has happened again today

3. They do not respond to support chat ...their AI bot says ... "An agent will be with you shortly. Please note, there may be a short wait." ... AND THEN YOU GET NO RESPONSE ... Ive been waiting online in threee different browsrs for over an hour this morning ... and the problem occurred yesterday

Since recent takeover a year or two ago, this service has become really terrible.

The support staff dont know anything & they refer problems up the line & it takes days to get a response ... and usually only when you do a follow up.

And how do you run an internet hosting service and ONLY PROVIDE SUPPORT DURING MONDAY TO FRIDAY BUSINESS HOURS???

Seriously ... I could not recommend this service any longer ... it is woeful.

Highly recommend TPP Wholesale. Support staff very accessible, friendly and go the extra mile to help resolve technical issues. 10/10.

The platform is good and does what I need.

The support is very good. This part is critical.

Prompt, knowledgeable and helpful!

Understood my issue and came up with a solution in very little time.

Brenda from TPP was very helpful, although it was something that could be done from my end she completed the request and provided detailed instructions on how to action myself going forward.

Our support request for assistance with a domain transfer was dealt with immediately and resolved quickly. Communications were great and kept us up to date at all times.

The outcome took a while but the team persisted and provided effective processes to overcome the issue.
