Have been a longtime customer but more recently their support is woeful, no phone, no human chat, tickets go unanswered for days and days. Whoever is running the show there now should be fired. I'll be moving my business elsewhere.

ZERO support | Security Issues
ZERO support. Their support is actually offline now, it seems there is no support and the company might be done for.
Someone registered 20 domains in one of my TPP wholesale accounts. No idea how / why. Can't get onto support in any way shape or form.
I'll be migrating all my domains, web hosting and clients to another provider. So much for over 10 years of using this service. They just seem to have disappeared overnight.
AVOID or MOVE quickly...
*Edit after TPP reply. Thats the issue. I have tickets open, no reply. I can't get through on Live chat, no reply just AI response. And No phone number to even call. Look up my ticket or open your support centre again. Otherwise its a waste of time, funny how you can reply to a review but not an urgent support ticket.

Tpp have been "improving their support…
Tpp have been "improving their support channels" for 2 months now, and have disconnected their phone number, dont reply to support tickets, or if they do a week later.
Have been with them for over 15 years and have thousands of domains.
So disapointing that they have taken their customer base for granted.
Will be moving all our domains to a new registrar as we cant go on with no support.

I have been with TPP Wholesale for 10 yrs
I have been with TPP Wholesale for almost 10 years. Over this time, whenever I have had technical issues with registering or transferring domains in, support has been helpful in a reasonable timeframe. 21st October 2025, I get an urgent request from a client about a domain that is expiring in 5 days, they need me to transfer it to their profile on our TPP Wholesale account. I initiate the transfer, the client authorises the transfer, I pay for 2 years registration, the money comes out of the account, however the domain sits in status of 'renewal payment failed'. I've had this before, where support has fixed it quickly, now I cannot gain contact with anyone in TPP Wholesale to help me, only AI chatbot, that says it will create a ticket if an Agent cannot attend, and an Agent never does, so these tickets are piling up for the same easy to resolve issue. The phone recording says that phone is not an option. I even rang the Webcentral support line because they own TPP Wholesale, and the support guy tried to help but could not as TPP Wholesale is a different system.

First help support was hard to connect via the chatbot and a lot of time waiting for a online assistant
and somewhat frustrating
but once connected to a support member they could do enough to help and time on the matter was of no concern

We also have hundreds of domains hosted with TPP Wholesale, recently their name servers have just stopped propagating or responding to any new domains we add. Their AI Chatbot just takes messages, their support emails go unanswered, and no one answers the phones. I seriously think they have had a BCDR issue or compromise of some type. I am porting all my domains away

Support = GONE
We have 700+ domains hosted through TPP going back approx 6 years. Over this time, we have never really had any problems resolving issues.
In the last month or so, their support has gone backwards to the point it does not exist. The online chat is now an AI-bot that does nothing except create a ticket which then takes at least 2-3 days to even get a basic follow up reply. The phone number has also gone from their website.
If things do not turn around this week, we will be looking at moving away from TPP.

TPP Wholesales support has gone downhill over the last few years, from slower and slower email ticket replies to now removing their support number from their website and adding and AI chatbot that fails to contact any live service agents. If your running a business and need quick support, this company won't give it too you.

I have been without a website for now 4 days, took 2 days to track down that this company are the domain host provider who did not inform me that the site was due for renewal. There is no support
There is no support.
Created several tickets (all automatically created after the 'Live chat' cannot find a tech for 10mins), replied to emails, nothing. Calling just tells you the phones are temporarily unavailable.
Trying to move a domain that's part of another TPP's account requires TPP Support to transfer the domain between accounts.
I will be advising my company to look into moving platforms entirely.
Edit: Their 'Support' does reply to negative reviews on Trustpilot. Can see everywhere people are complaining, but 2 days after the review was published, Support got back to me.
Guess if you want TPP support, that's what you have to do these days.
Unfortunately, my company and I were already too disappointed and have started moving to a new domain registrar.
I sincerely hope TPP employs more support, fixes live chat and phones soon.
