Domains expired and cannot renew, No customer service available!
Domains are not renewing. The system is failing to process payments.
Two client domains expired and there is no customer service available to help with this situation. Tried to process the payment and renewal a dozen times with no avail.
There is no customer support agents available on the weekend. It is now Monday, 1 December 10:05 am and I have been trying to contact customer support through the online chat because there is no other option. 45 minutes later, still no reply.
I have clients screaming at me because their business relies on their website.
If you need customer service and a reliable domain rental service, AVOID TPP Wholesale.
This is insane, I've never experienced anything like this in the many years I've been with them.
Will be transferring ALL of my client domains to a more reliable service provider today.
