Always polite and helpful. My only negative is that transitioning platforms over the years has been slightly painful but the service is great.
TPP's customer service has been terrible for years. Even worse since it was sold a year or so ago. Finally it's starting to improve. Time lag is still an issue, but Steffanie was very very helpful... Se mere

Very helpful for over a decade
I have worked with them for years and they've been great. Recently though, a new client had a domain registered to their ABN by an unauthorized third party who was imitating their brand to scam customers. TPP was excellent at helping us resolve the issue and reclaim the domain so that the scam site was taken down.

Outstanding support. Fast, clear, and genuinely helpful.
Ilona Ling at TPP Wholesale was absolutely fantastic. I had no idea how to change my domain registrant authority to my company ABN, and she sorted the entire thing out for me in about half an hour. Clear guidance, quick responses, and zero back-and-forth nonsense. She took ownership of the issue and fixed it straight away. This is exactly how support should work. Massive thanks to Ilona and the TPP Wholesale team.
