Support in the past used to be decent, exceptional at times, but recently (for whatever reason) the TPP Wholesale support is non-existent. No replies or updates. We will be moving away our products/services from TPP Wholesale, encourage our clients to do the same, and are unable to recommend TPP Wholesale in their current state. 3-days with a highly trafficked domain being down (due to TPP not renewing the domain when auto-renew was on) and no response is unacceptable commercially.

AI quickly put a human on who helped me quickly to add DKIM and CName for an app I'm using. Pavlo Vasylykha was my human helper. Thank you Pavlo. Kim

Prompt support, quality expert and highly professional.

We are a long term reseller (10+ years) and whilst their support has not always been the greatest it's been adequate but their Console has always been efficient and effective. Unfortunately, support has become almost non-existent over the last few months and in particular the last few weeks. It's taking them 3-4 days between ticket updates which is unworkable for domain and dns related matters. We are starting to review our options to move away.

Phone support is gone. Chat support is hit and miss. AI is useless. We repeatedly have issues completing simple tasks such as adding domain manager services to newly registered client domains. What used to be straightforward has become a headache.

Non existent customer support. Phone lines "temporarily unavailable" AI Bot that goes round in circles with the same answers which don't help with the issues we are experiencing and zero response to tickets lodged for assistance!!

Tpp have been very supportive over the years. Their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend.

No customer support, everything is AI, hopeless when anything goes wrong with the domain

The TPP Wholesale support team was very helpful throughout a complex hosting and billing transition. Jayvee and the GIT team were responsive, patient, and worked through several migration edge cases professionally until everything was resolved. Communication was clear and the process was handled smoothly overall. Appreciate the support.

I've been trying to move a client's multiple domains away from TPP since mid December. Aside from one good experience on one day with one human (Tatiana), the rest have been a joke.

They have deactivated their phone number so you just get a recorded message telling you to go online.

TPP seems to be part of the same company as other domain hosts and resellers (Key-Service and CentralNic), all with equally poor customer service.

Replying to a ticket via email seems to generate a new support ticket each time (2 distinct queries have resulted in 9 different ticket numbers being generated - no wonder they take weeks to respond "At the moment, we are handling an unusually large number of inquiries, which has resulted in longer wait times").

We have an urgent Issue with Domain being down. They will not respond to any ticket request and have no contact Phone number. Our clients business website and emails are down due to the domain being down with no access to renew it, their business is losing income due to this. Its been days with no response. VERY BAD COMPANY.. DO NOT USE THEM.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the lack of support we have received. Our domain has been suspended due to an authentication issue, which has resulted in our company website and emails being frozen for five days.

Despite sending numerous emails and chat messages, our only interaction has been with an AI chatbot. It is unacceptable that an urgent matter remains unresolved with no human response after nearly a week. While TPP previously provided reliable service, the current lack of customer care is disappointing.

I hope that this matter is finally addressed with the urgency it requires.

Your domain renewal failed. I lodged a ticket 7 hours ago with zero response. The Australian Phone number no longer works so there is no way to follow up. This company used to care about its customer base but it seems you no longer do.
