Had an emergency when my 97 year old mother forgot to renew her domain name. TPP support handled it quickly when asked to help and the domain will now last until she is 100.

TPP didn't prorate Microsoft Licenses
I wanted to add some Microsoft Business Basic licenses to my TPP account. Before I purchased, I checked via a support ticket to make sure that the new licenses would be prorated in line with the existing licenses because there was no indication on the website. After getting assurances via email, I went ahead and purchased. I was charged the full annual amount so I replied to the same ticket where I had been assured they would be prorated, only to be told in the same email thread that they charge the full amount in a separate subscription - So there, my wrong expectation. I then replied and pointed out their own policy. I am not optimistic about a resolution. But I will persevere. All this over the space of a week with no phone support or live chat services working.
