Domain renewal
Michelle renewed the domain 1 more year tho was annoyed I had to do this as it should have renewed for 2 years when i renewed initially. when I tried to do myself in the portal it wouldnt then let me use my prepaid credit.

TPP Wholesale does not reply to urgent support tickets…
TPP Wholesale does not reply to technical support requests, even those that are extremely urgent, for days. I've waited up to 10 days for a response, and now I'm waiting 2 days for a reply to an urgent domain renewal issue.
Original support ticket lodged on the 27th May 2026, no reply as of 29th May 2026. Absolutely disappointing customer service.
I do not recommend TPP wholesale.

Loyal Customer Ripped off by TPP
My Comoany used TPP for many years, their Support division does a fairly good job. But when it comes to "accounts" and "management" they're nothing less than dishonest theiving bastards.
We had a working credit with them for almost $600. When I had to close my business due to ill health. They promised to refund the money, said the credit had been refunded etc., etc., and when it didn't turn up the excuses started.
Yet another example of big business shitting on the little fella.
