You can't get support, no conteact to call, the AI bot is hopeless and creates a ticket every time even though they state they are organising a human. They don't support any weekends they claim they are 8am-8pm but nothing in 4 days. Steer well clear from these guys - tickets 4538260, 4542278, 4542246 - all the same issue all unresolved from a chatbot, plus 4542183 marked as resolved when it wasn't and you can't reopen - they use Zendesk which is a good system but these guys obviously don't use the features or have the staff to manage it

I have an urgent support issue and have raised a ticket (they are supposed to have 24/7 support), but I get no response and just get the AI chat bot, that can't answer any questions or do anything useful.
I just want someone to answer my ticket. Is that so hard!

Have been waiting for support for 48 hours now on a domain - absolutely ridiculously poor service. Used to be great years ago - but this is what happens when you sell a business and the new owners are simply looking to make as much money as possible...

Used to have great phone support, now no support line. Chat is rubbish wait hours with no response. Tickets go unanswered in days.

When this is a service for resellers - it's totally unacceptable!

Without a doubt the worst domain registrar I have dealt with over the past 3 decades.
Support number hangs up after 40 minutes on hold, no reply to support emails for days.

Michelle was polite and extremley helpfull in resolving an issue with a domain that i have been trying to resolve for a few days.

Third support ticket unanswered for an extended period of time - no ability to talk to anyone via phone, chat, or otherwise. In the past support was second to none, could get someone on the online chat 24/7 - now it seems they've sacked all the humans and just have an AI chat bot. Will be moving our several hundred domains elsewhere moving forwards.

Mira was so helpful! She was extremlely pleasant to speak to, very polite and friendly and I've honestly not had someone on the phone that was so eager to help. You just dont get that these days. Thanks Mira! such a pleasure to work with you this morning.

I have had several support tickets open for up to a week without response. I managed to get onto a support representative via live chat after waiting 6 hours and she was able to help with all my queries which was fantastic. TPP support was previously excellent but now it appears that they are understaffed as the timely attention to customers and tickets is no longer there.

Once it was good, and now it's a joke... Four days, 3 urgent support tickets and no one responds.

Only the worst sort of company does that

Update: auDA ultimately had to intervene manually at registry level to renew the expired domain and restore the client’s website.

TPP had confirmed weeks earlier that the compliance case was resolved and that I could renew normally. Their system then blocked the renewal, and several urgent support requests made before expiry received no meaningful response.

TPP eventually responded after the domain expired and auDA became involved. Manual RNC invoices were only generated afterward.

TPP’s public response asking me to “contact the team directly” misses the entire point of this review: I repeatedly contacted the team directly and received no timely assistance.

once I was able to get human assistance the process was smooth and the RNC problem was explained easily

It did take a few days for someone to action my ticket but as it wasn't urgent, it didn't affect our business. When the ticket was actioned, Stephanie performed a manual process that I was unable to do on our dashboard and the problem was fixed. Thank you Stephanie!
