Our steriliser tripped our electrics and would not work so I contacted TT parent care to see if they could help. In one quick phone call, with no wait time to get through, I spoke to a lovely advisor named Beth who asked me a few questions and advised she would send me an email for me to send some photos across of the heat plate. The email came through swiftly and described exactly what I needed to provide. Fast forward to the response email, Beth confirmed they would send out a new replacement machine! I am over the moon with the quickness in sorting this, thank you so much Beth for making the process so smooth and easy!

We have a faulty Prep Go Portable Formula Feed Maker, contacted Customer Services via telephone on 4th September 2026, spoke to a lady called Susie. Susie was very professional, efficient and friendly. I explained the problem we have been having with the star flashing red on the lid, Susie asked a few details on how we have been maintaining the product. Provided proof of purchase and a video of the fault via email. Within 20 minutes of my call a replacement product has been ordered and on its way to us. Appreciate Susie's help and efficiency in resolving our problem. Thank you!

Well-designed and easy-to-use steam steriliser

This review is solely about the product itself and does not reflect my previous customer service experience.

After experiencing a lot of frustration with my old Super Steam steriliser, I was looking for a better alternative, and this electric steam steriliser has been a significant improvement.

The steriliser is well designed and easy to use. I believe the heating plate is much better designed compared with my previous steriliser. It has a simple one-button operation with useful LED functions. Once the sterilisation cycle is complete, it provides clear indications of the remaining waiting time and when the process has been completed.

It also has an automatic shut-off function, so I do not have to worry about it continuing to operate even if it remains plugged in.

The only downside, in my opinion, is the price point. On the Tommee Tippee website, it is marketed at almost £75, which feels quite expensive. However, I purchased mine from a different retailer at a discounted price of £54, which I believe offers much better value.

Overall, this is a well-designed and easy-to-use steriliser, and a significant improvement over my previous one.

Tommee tippee white cooling flask has been flashing red after just a few uses. Contact made with customer services and spoke with Debbie who was very helpful and was able to see that the product was faulty and advised me not to use the product and has sent out a replacement. This was dealt with quickly.

I’m incredibly grateful to Martin from Tommee Tippee for going out of his way to help me find the correct inserts for my electric pump—and, to my surprise, he provided them completely free of charge!
His kindness and willingness to help went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it. All the Tommee Tippee products I’ve used so far have been fantastic, and this level of customer service makes me even happier to recommend the brand.

Terrible customer service.

I purchased a Prep Machine costing around £200, only for it to arrive faulty and display an error during the initial setup.

I have contacted customer service several times by email, including providing photos and videos clearly showing the problem. I have also called customer service directly, yet despite all of this, I still have no replacement machine and no clear timeframe for when this will be resolved.

It has now been over a week without a working machine, despite the issue being reported promptly and all the evidence being provided.

For a product costing £200, I expected much better customer service and a much quicker resolution. The lack of communication and failure to provide a clear timeframe is extremely disappointing.

I simply want the faulty machine replaced with a new, working one and a clear answer as to when I can expect it.

Very poor experience so far.

Debbie a friendly real person who took over after a few quick questions from the Ai chat bot made the whole experience of finding a replacement part for a recently purchased baby food machine very stress free. Great service and all outside normal working hours (10.00pm) so well done Tommee Tippee and especially well done Debbie!! When the part arrives it will hopefully keep my grandson eating freshly prepared nutrious baby food!

I contacted Tommee Tippee after experiencing issues with 9 of my 12 Natural Start bottles after less than 3 months of use, as well as problems with my PrepGo flask.

Although I was disappointed with the products, I honestly couldn’t fault Beth from customer service. She was so lovely, understanding and helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve everything for me. She arranged replacement bottles for all 9 affected bottles and a new PrepGo lid too.

This is my third baby and I’ve always trusted Tommee Tippee, so I really appreciate how well Beth handled my concerns. She’s a real credit to the company! ❤️
