My representative was amazing his name was Leo and he was patient, understanding, professional and knowledgable. He really went above and beyond to help me resolve my situation and in the end I was satisified. He made a hard situation a little easier

This is the worst card I've ever dealt with, you're penalized for never missing a payment, but paid early smdh!! After 3 years of never missing.. The supervisor refused to come to the phone the workers are not qualified at all!! A bunch of cowards the worst card I've ever experienced, honestly!!!! Renee J

Was with them for years. Had to beg for a credit limit increase. Had not had one in two years? Their own marketing campaign offers 1000 starting credit line. Mine was 1050. I got discover with 7500 starting limit. Several others with high limits, but continental finance? Oh no we can't do that. If your desperate. This is your kind of place. Bye. Closed the account. Was told I can come back anytime? Uh no
