Didn't mean to connect with customer service but glad I did..was actually best experience ever..super helpful and actually felt like talking to a friend,not customer service.. would keep this dude around

Customer service was the best I have seen in years.

A few months ago, I lost my job of 16 years, went through a divorce, and lost my son in the same year. I called to ask if they had credit protection, which I thought I had purchased when applying for the card. The person I spoke with was not empathetic or somehow thought I was lying; however, she told me I could make small monthly payments. I told them that, at that time, I had to find a place because I lost everything to my ex-husband and had to pay spousal support. So, I said that I didn't feel confident enough to do so because I had already exhausted my savings and was waiting on severance. She wasn't trying to hear it and was not helpful. I called numerous times and requested that my accounts with Verve and Cerulean be closed. When I am being transferred to that department, they hang up on me. I am so over this company.

Helpful, considerate, got right to the point and solved my problem.

I have used this card for years with no problem. I even just had a credit limit increase. Now everytime i try to use card it’s declined. The story is always same that it hit fraud filters. I’ve used at these sites before with no problem. One is rock auto a trusted site and pay pal which there is no way pay pal triggers fraud alerts . I have never missed a payment. So tell me truth as to why it’s being declined instead of lying to me

I’m have had this card for a few years… no yearly fee. All the sudden I get something in the mail indicating there is now a yearly fee of $145 and the interest rate is increasing by almost 10%.

I’ll be paying this off and closing the account

The representative went above and beyond to assist me. Because of him I was able to get my rental car. He stayed on the phone until the process was complete.

It's too bad the phone call I made 2/5/2024. I called to find out why my Build master card available balance was not yet there. I always pay it on the first on the month if not before and it's usually there the next day. I was told because it was paid by a checking account it would take 7-9 days. Hmm! Never in my life of owning this card has this happened. I asked Courtney if this was something new? She replied No! I just paid my Reflex...owned by the same company, my available is there already. Not sure where this crock of BS is coming from? I was going to leave a fantastic review! Really having a second thought now.
