Personally responded to my email saying that the shipping address was incorrect and immediately updated it. Yay!

The sizes are horrible. I ordered an XL and it might as well be a small. I didn't even try it in. Their 30 day return is BS. They won't return your item. They will offer you another item for the price of shipping. This company is a rip off! DO NOT USE THEM!

I was dissatisfied but the customer service was fantastic. My complaint was the pads were not sewn in and I was under the impression that they were. I can not get them to not be lumpy. Daisy was very honest in her response and we are working on me trying some options. I love the idea of no bras and the fabric is comfy and not hot. I be keeping one for now and may try a larger size. First of all the product is really great and I can not even say enough great things about the service. I emailed to exchange for a larger size and they were incredibly helpful and it was seamless. Incredibly fast response.

Customer service was quick to respond once I received the product but the product itself and return policy, were not so good. The quality was not that good and the fit was not even close even though I ordered according to their sizing chart. I was told I could not return the 3 shirts I had ordered and that returns are not an option. I was offered more shirts for an extra shipping cost which I declined. I ended up getting only 50% of my cost back and am stuck with 3 shirts I’ll never wear. Beware!

Very quick in responding as well as very nice replies. If these tanks are as good as I think they will be, I will be a customer for life.

Impossible to return for refund. Only offer 30% of cost to return, after several email conversations.

One fabric is the type, like nylon, that is hot and sticky. The bra inserts appear to be made of styrofoam and had creases and were narrow from side to side. The ribbed option had bulging arm pits and again the bra pads were a joke-flat, narrow and improperly placed.

The size I ordered did not fit and within minute's a new one was shipped. I didn't even have to send the 1st one back as an added convenience.

Really like the original Maggie's Tanks for their comfort and support--although I do wish the bra padding stayed in place better in washing (and I do use a laundry bag to help) but it's not a deal-breaker--

Very disappointing. Material is super thin and very little support as promoted. The made in the USA is not true and a marketing scam. The order shipped from China and took quite sometime. Now I have to deal with the return. Do not order!

Easy to order, product arrived in a timely manner. I ordered a size large that turned out to be too big. Maggies Tanks was great about the return. Very easy. Great customer service

Ordered three tanks in three colors. I received confirmation number. Then two minutes later received second confirmation number for three tanks same color. I responded to second confirmation to cancel. They cancelled first order. Responded again and told them to not cancel first order just cancel second order. They cancelled both orders and told me to reorder. Told them they made the mistake not me. Don’t order anything. Not a very organized business.

I had a question about sizing and fit before I purchased the tank top and customer service was extremely quick in responding, asking for my measurements and making sure I purchased the correct size. I will purchase one using their recommendation. Great customer service!
