I have not purchased because ad said would lower cholesterol and blood pressure. I have not seen one review that mentions either. Is there a way to ask that question from consumers?

I have been practicing alternative health care for about 30 years. My personal struggles have been with auto-immune disease. This has been very difficult for me for the past year. I just did not have the energy I used to have. I was able to tell my energy improved the very first week on Alma. I mulched my yard for the first time in 2.5 years and no fatigue. Sleep also seems easier even though I am taking less sleep aids. I highly recommend Alma from Alivia.

Got it in reasonable time. I have only been taking it for a week and don’t want to rate it until I see if it helps my knees. I have bought so much stuff that doesn’t work. So I am waiting to see if it helps.

I have been managing my cholesterol with niacin and Benefiber. My “numbers” were perfect. But still my doctors team insisted I go on a statin since I am diabetic and at greater risk for heart attack or stroke. I finally agreed, but only after I get a baseline reading for my muscles(creatinine kinase). Blood test came back in range, so I began taking atvorostatin. Within months I was developing muscle pain in my left arm, cramping in my fingers, and my right hand would shake pouring my first cup of coffee. I notified my doctor and have quit taking the statin and told her to take it off my medication list. Now it’s only thyroid, blood pressure, and insulin medications.
I came across your Amla on Facebook. After reading the stories and researching it, I decided it was worth a try! I have been using it for 10 days now and feel human again! I noticed almost immediately that my blood sugars were reacting differently in the morning as that’s when I take Amla with breakfast. I take 6 units long acting insulin at 8 am. Then I would take my 2 units fast acting insulin before breakfast as I always had been, but noticed my blood sugar would drop lower than expected. The rest of the day, my blood sugar is in range with proper diet and walks after meals like I have always been doing! No more fast acting insulin is usually needed during the day. I feel like this is an answer to my prayers! Thank you!

I have been using AMLA for a couple weeks for osteoarthritis in my fingers. I can already tell a difference! Reduced pain and ability to bend my fingers a little more.

The order was delivered very quickly. I can’t say that it is changed my life, but I’ve noticed I definitely have more energy in the last month. I just feel a little calmer, not that I was riddled with anxiety and or depressed mood, but it gives me a lift and I’ve noticed that I’m doing more walking a little longer going a few more places things like that and I have noticed a little bit of difference in the intensity of my pain. I have permanent nerve damage. I’ve had several back surgeries, brain surgery, all kinds of surgeries, and anything I can find that helps with the pain in the energy levels. I’m here for it.

I started to take Alevia about a month ago..I have less pain in my joints and feel like I sleep better. I can get around some better just walking without the cane.. I hope the energy level will increase in time. I am 70.
