Attentive customer service

These tanks are not the same as what is represented in Their advertising. The tanks I received were poor quality, and cheaply produced. They look nothing at all like the photographs on the website. This is fraudulent advertising to the point of criminal on their part.

I had a response within an hour of getting in touch with you and I think that the issue has been resolved. The customer representative was very nice and helpful and the entire experience was nice.

The picture of the tank on the website have hemmed edges but the actual tanks have raw edges. The website says 100% satisfaction guarantee but this is not true. I did not like the tanks and wanted to return them for a full refund. They do not except returns. I emailed them several times. They first offered 30% refund. Then offered 50% refund. Their final offer was 70%. Im definitely not impressed with this company!

I haven't received my order yet, but the customer support was excellent! I had a question about the size, and my email was responded to almost immediately. The replies were informative and very friendly.

These tanks are not worth the postage paid for them! And the company will not allow returns. Customer service responded right away but didn’t offer any solution. They obviously know how bad their product is or they would stand behind it!

Inferior product. Inserts are not secured in the garments. Cheap quality, and customer service offers to send you more of the same garments for another $14 or refund you only 20%. What a scam!

I ordered an incorrect size, and when I requested an exchange, I received an immediate friendly response and a promise to take care of my error. Quite surprising, amazing actually! Kudos to Maggie’s Team!!

Immediate replies that made sense and immediate actions. I recommend the company in spite of not being able to use the products.

The ad pictured was hemmed. My tank came unhemmed with sharp scissored edges. Why did you not give me a full refund or explain that I could have ordered a larger size, ie. 3XL. I didn't realize that XL wouldn't fit me, as it is my usual size in everything else I buy. Because of these 2 issues ( too small and not hemmed edges) I am dissatisfied.

The fit of the product does not work for me.

FABULOUS customer service!!! The top is super comfortable. I wouldn’t go jogging or do yoga in it, but it’s perfect over jeans for going out. Material is thin, cups cover, not binding in the least. I’m 5’6” 34C and the 2XL fits but rides up a little on occasion, but not a deal breaker. They recommend the 3XL so I’ll try that.

The tanks I received were not at all like those pictures on their website. The pictured tanks look well finished and wearable alone, but the actual tanks are constructed of a flimsy fabric and the edges are all unfinished. Additionally, the cup lining is lumpy and shifts within the outer fabric. They advertise "30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee" but do not stand by their product. I had to email multiple times attempting to return the tanks, but each time they wanted to send me more tanks (at my cost for shipping). Ultimately the best I could do was a 70% refund. I will be donating the tanks.
