I was always kept informed and had all the information I needed. The garage staff were very helpful and I received a call once my MOT was done.

So much easier having a service at home no garage waiting rooms and a cheaper price without losing any of the expertise awsome service

Communication was absolutely awful and not as promised. Mechanic was over an hour late without apology. Took payment, then cancelled payment then put payment through again over a month after the work (1st September) without notifying me of any problems. Work was completed and would use again because reasonable but disappointing second use.

It was below expectation of my standard garage. From the start to the end, it was full of faults. I do not have the details of what parts were replaced as no communication was made in that aspect. I have to accept what has been ticked on the paper. After all the works were done, the car was left 300 yds from the garage and I was given the keys and was asked to find the car.
In short I do not trust the garage and would not be using it again.
Even the service book was not completed.

Excellent MOT experience. Welcoming and professional staff; vehicle ready to collect within a few hours.

1 service was cancelled as engineer was awaiting authorisation for parts to be signed off.
Then when service was done I had been charged £100 extra for.parts I did not agree on up front.

The mechanic was working on his own and even though he other cars to deal with my car 🚗 was ready to collect within 3 hours

Easy to set up my service through the app on a day that was convenient for me. Great communication when booked.
The garage that provided the service did a fantastic job and the guys that picked up and returned my car in one piece were lovely!
I also received a full service report that evening which was great.

Very efficient garage. Clear communication. Good service definitely return for business.

Flawless faff-free experience. The 3rd party garage (Motor Medics in Markfield) used were great, had my car on the ramps within minutes of arrival and finished the inspection promptly.
