Informative and very professional

Absolutely delighted with the service and would definitely recommend. So convenient to have it done at home. First time I’ve used this service definitely not my last.

I am only giving a 2 because I went to one of there recommended garages and booked via service care and the garage did nothing, (paid for service and MOT), so AA said go to this other garage, I went and they were excellent, but the calls to AA were unbearable because I couldnt get through and no one understood what I was talking about, so had to go via this app and that was a faff it was one of them automatic answering apps that were terrible, then obviously the 2nd garage wanted paying for the work but I said no because I had already paid and then there was this stand off with prove they (garage 1) didn't do the work, so garage 2 had to do it and it was just long drawn out and stressful. I will be going to kwik fit next time.

Call out breakdown mechanic. Martin was excellent He was so helpful very professional.

worst than poor i booked a service for today they never turned up id given my card no and instructions to ring or text when on way so i could tell them how to get to my car waited in all afternoon i had no reason to think they would not as they say in their blurb you will be charged when job is done terrible service they obvs not very nice men any more!

Pleasant mechanic , good service

Absolutely blown away by the level of knowledge, professionalism and service of this service. Geoff arrived at the scene of the break down within 20 minutes. Got the car running and managed to source a replacement alternator and have it fitted in my driveway at home that very same afternoon!

The mechanic called ahead of arriving, and was super friendly. He managed to park up on a busy street, and got to work straight away. He was thorough throughout the job, and finished on time with no issues. He even had time to take about air con de-gassing. Thank you would 100% recommend this service.

Repaired car at home. The 2 gents who attended were brilliant

Managed to find a website that said it services and does repairs to EV cars. Booked, paid and was sent reminder via text and email. Turned up before 8am as requested, only to be told the garage did not accept EV cars and they rejected the job, even thou is was picked by the smart centre.

The service itself and the mechanic Steve who completed it were great. The problem was in the communication - I booked an am service, at 1pm I received a phone call telling me my service had been delayed and was now scheduled for 1.30pm! This was despite the fact that I had already called at 11.20am and that by 1pm my car clearly wasn't going to get done at the scheduled time. Nor did anyone bother to check whether 1.30pm was convenient and that I was able to do that time. There was no apology for the inconvenience and it was just assumed that 1.30pm was OK. In the end it was 2pm when Steve arrived and nearly 4pm when he left which meant that I lost the entire day sat waiting. The phone call I received at 1pm was supposedly from Customer Service - this standard of communication is not providing customer service

Had a light come up on my dash. Vixa highlighted it. Booked it in to a AA garage and the work was carried out. It was confirmed that the cost was covered under my parts and garage policy. Thats was in April. In June £109 was taken from my account. Being an OAP this is a lot of money. I spent a whole day on the phone being passed from one person to the next. Eventually it was confirmed that the charge was an error and I would receive a refund. I have still not received it! When I chased it I was, again, passed from one person to the next and was told its in hand!! I really thought the AA was better than this. Very disappointed

No communication. Still waiting for my vehicle. Garage kept it all weekend and now I can’t get to work. No answer at the garage. Worst service ever. Been a nightmare from start to finish.
