Reliable and efficient service
In my experience RAC are a great option for a prompt and reliable battery replacement service. Joe (the mechanic) called the day before to confirm the time he would arrive, he arrived the following day as planned and replaced my battery promptly - happy days! I will use this service again.

Misled by the patrol
Misled by the patrol who did nothing to diagnose the fault and reported what I told him I thought the fault was. Repair arrived without parts that I was led to believe that I had purchased and were included. With all this taken to account the repair was wildly overpriced

Great job done and a comprehensive analysis of my car. The engineer was there when he said he would. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. My car is now in a good condition and I thank the guy at the RAC Mobile Mechanic Team For the offer and the convenience of them coming to you is a big wait of your mind. Well in my case anyway.
