Everything was perfect from my call to the RAC to the end result. I loved how I was kept informed of the arrival time, how smart and professional the engineers were and how quickly the car fault was diagnosed. Mechanic was friendly and informative. Service was performed in good time. The only downside was that I had no idea when the mechanic would arrive, not even an AM/PM window so you are trapped at what ever location you chose for the whole day unless you pay extra for a first job of the day.

This was the first time for us to use a mobile service for the car. I can’t thank RAC enough for the great service and communication skills throughout. The driver was prompt ,polite & very helpful with information .

Your mechanic Anan,replaced part in total 30 min cost 157,,he took car for test run said it was fine then left,I went out in car food Service and an Engine Fault light on dash,contacted your office two other mechanics came out 3hours later ,found another fault will cost ,357 ,why did original mechanic leave car like this in first place not good enough

Well behave and expert mechanics. On the spot done my full service and changed break disk and pad.
I'm extremely satisfy with their work.

Much better experience than taking my van to Arnold Clark. Problem resolved in 2 days where as wouldn't get that with the garage designated near myself middle of August or September. So a big thank you to the driver putting myself onto getting van looked @ by Arron today. Can't thank you both enough. Job done thanks 👍 phew😁

Sam did a great job.

He was personable, friendly and obviously an experienced mechanic.

He took time to go around the car with me and gave me useful advice on my options given my car had not been driven for more than 5 years.

Very quick response and engineer Jamie very professional and knowledgeable. Mobile service, Kieran equally good. Excellent communication between different departments and whole process was very smooth. Total problem solved in less than 3 hours and updates of arrival times communicated regularly and accurately.
