We are fully aware of how important communication is while shopping online. Our ultimate goal is to give our customers the best purchasing experience while also making them feel at ease and comfortable. Being able to meet your expectations makes us very happy.
It gives us the utmost joy to have you as a loyal customer.
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Refused to accept responsibility or even assist for damaged items. Ended up ignoring me actually. Was not what I was expecting from them, since they position themselves as a luxury site. Net-a-porter and other similar sites immediately offer to replace or fix for free. Also, they claim to have worldwide express shipping but I didn’t receive a single shipping update for 7 days until I had to email them myself. They do not provide any tracking info nor any updates besides the initial payment confirmation email. Won’t use ever again.

Thank you for your feedback!
We would like to confirm that the item sent to you was in a perfect condition and not defected at all. However, you asked for a spare shoelace. And indeed, we contacted the brand, and we delivered it to you in a very short time of period.
As for Kuwait orders, they are handled by our local fleet of drivers not with DHL. That's why we don't offer a tracking number.
Our Concierge team is always ready to help you in any future inquiries.
Good Experience
Took a little longer to get my belts but the customer service was helpful and the products are great. Will shop here again

Thank you, Lilit, for your kind words!
Please note that we are an online marketplace. Thus, some items are shipped to us from abroad and then we send them back to you, that's why it takes longer to deliver some items. We are delighted to have served you.
We hope to serve you again soon!

We're delighted that you're happy with your purchase. Please note that regarding customs charges, we cannot guarantee the amount paid, as charges vary from country to country, depending on each country's rules and regulations.
Some are DDP while others are DDU. However, we are glad to know that it was a small amount that you've paid.

Please note that most of our items have 14 days for return. The 24 hours return policy is on very selective items that are very sensitive and delicate.
