Best shopping experience in a long time
I am resident in the US but decided to give THAHAB a try. The customer service and shopping experience was so personal I definitely will be purchasing on THAHAB first before my usual sites. Package arrived with signatory royalty. Well done to these guys. Whoever they are.

Oh my goodness!!!
Oh my goodness!!!
I had never heard of THAHAB before but it was the only place I could find the shoes I wanted for my wedding day. I was sceptical about ordering from there, they were a lot of money and I was scared of being scammed. How ever I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great and my shoes arrived in a matter of days all the way to England!!! There perfect. Thank you THAHAB

It took 3 months to return
I suffered because they didn't even send me a return invoice.
Even if you request a return invoice, it will not be sent
Invoices received after 3 months had different recipients and senders.
It was difficult to return it, but the shipping cost is deducted and refunded.
$33 shipping. I understand if it is a refund due to a change of mind.
I got a refund because the product was defective.
Received a refund today minus shipping. products bought in august
For me, thahab's experience is this: It was the worst.

We want to reassure you that our team reached out to you right away to assist you with your return. Even though you exceeded your return period. Our team was very accommodating with your request despite all the challenges that were not related to us. The reason for the delay in your return was caused by the local government's anti-COVID policy in your town, as they prolonged the airport's closure. Additionally, they didn't accept any courier at the time.
Our concierge team is always ready to assist you in any future inquiries you might have.
